ahead. not as windy and it won't be as harsh but below average, milder just in time for the weekend and most of the weekend we are looking dry and we are tracking rain carrying over into monday. we'll check out the details with that in the full accuweather forecast. a water main break is causing problems in delaware the city of newark issued a boil water notice after a main burst on kirkland highway and cleveland avenue there is possible e. coli contamination, the school and restaurants are closed because they lost water service, the city of newark is repairing the break and plan to notify parents when the boil water advisory is lifted. chopper 6 hd was over the scene of a water main break in wilmington along the west 14th street near the area near north clayton and crews shut of the water and they are in the process of fixing the main and
