your accuweather forecast. on days like this it's not a problem being outside right chris. it's cold out here, shirleen but we don't have the harsh wind. yesterday we had temperatures low single digits north and west and you factor in the whipped and it felt as out here. it's coast not fearly as harsh. millville 24. wilmington 28 and dover 27. we're fearly 20 warmer than we were yesterday at the same time in allentown. 17 to be exact. 19 poconos 13 philadelphia and 12 trenton. and we really don't have too much of a wind chill. charleen just mentioned here it's a lot easier to handle conditions like this then what we were dealing with yesterday morning. lots of clouds out here this morning. that's how the afternoon will play out as well. here's day planner by 8:00, 28 mostly cloudy skies and by 11:00, 37. you can see the numbers continue

to climb throughout the afternoon. by 4:00 we're up to 45 which is three above average we're sheeting for high of 46. that feels nice. it's been cold over last several days. with that red it bill turn colder sunday night to monday as area of low pressure continues along the chesapeake bay. winter storm watch continues sunday night to monday for poconos for snow and ice and freezing line shifts further south closer and closer to city of philadelphia by monday afternoon. that means even here in city we could see wintry precipitation. i'll talk more about that in the 7-day forecast when i step back inside in a little bit shirleen. >> thank you chris, more than a dozen fire fightsers have been acquisitioned of sexual misconduct on city property. they have addressed those allegations. female paramedic four had sexual relations with a young woman including one battalion chief. most alleged sex happened off dut question and away from department facility. >> department has elected to charge one of our members with having sexual relations within a firehouse. all was consensual and others vox sexual harassment. joe shuly said the inspector general failed to provide a full report of investigation and redacted all names except for 7 members now facing discipline. >> there's no legitimate reason they will not provide us with whole report and we can't speculate to what they're hiding but as i said our perception is there must be something in the report they don't want us to see if they're not providing the whole report. the female paramedic resources say is mentally troubled and suicidal and forced by department brass to file employment complaint after word began to spread about possible misconduct.

i get out of work, and i go to the store, and somebody says, smellin' around, "i smell cookies." i said, "oh no you just smell me, i just got out of work that's honey bunches of oats, that's all." i said "don't eat me now." >> it was odd rescue for firefighters in california. a horse named phantom got stuck in a bath tub. she was dancing in her stall when she suddenly fell in she was stuck in the tub 25 minutes with feet newspaper air before firefighters and owners were able to free here. phantom fortunately was not hurt in the bath tub incident you heard it here. >> look at the size of that horse how did it fit in the tub. >> i would not have believed it.

two men in 0s were injured and taken to temple university hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. the outer lanes were closed at third street while police conducted their investigation and route 73 mount laurel is finally back open this morning after a crash last night. police say a driver lost control and crashed into a pole around 9:30 and chopper 6 was over the scene on southbound route 73 near crawford place. wires came down when the driver hit the utility pole. route 73 was closed for a while and now back open the driver was flown to the hospital and is expected to survive. >> health officials in montgomery countsy are investigating a report of suspected case of suspected case suspecteds. the news has parents in montgomery county under alert. dann cuellar has the details. >> reporter: health officials did not make anyone available to speak on cram just e-mailed us a statement.

and high, thin clouds work her way back in during the afternoon. look at the snow. it's up here across upstate new york. even if that system were to pull further south it would be in the form of rain. temperatures will be way too mild. we get into monday this is where things could get interesting it starts as rain especially city and areas south and east. maybe a wintry mix up there in the lehigh valley. by afternoon there should be enough cold air working its way in as the thing is pulling out that the back end could flip over to light snow in lehigh valley and poke necessitates and before ending late in the day monday wintry mix gets as far south as city and south and east of there stiing mainly rain. winter storm watch in he fenlt sunday night to monday and poconos and this could see accumulating snow as well as a minor accumulation of ice. and again we'll have to see how far south that accumulating snow line travels. philadelphia really models are suggesting nothing other than european which suggested 4.2. european model horrible so far
