floor tonight crews were busy boarding up tattoo by bird in bensalem after heavy smoke and fire damage the business. >> the whole treat was blocked off. >> we saw that in cellphone video sent in by "action news" viewer 1:30 p.m. a passerby that happened to be an off duty volunteer firefighter spotted the blaze and and-upped into action. there was i woman trapped on second floor inside apartment within the tattoo shop. witnesses say the firefighter used contractor's lad to climb and reach the woman. old haven pizza shop owner says his father watched it all unfolded. >> when my father called me prior to me coming and crying and all i could remember everything my dad worked for wept newspaper flames. >> he was relieved to see the fire did not take out his business or others here and he's grateful that firefighter was able to mack a big save. his name is phil reuben of cornwells fire company less than

rainfall. so this is beginning of that frontal boundary that will dip south as we go throughout the overnight hours and into monday. we'll show you picture outside. the action cam was outside earlier tonight looking down broad in center city towards city hall. you can see patchy fog. and that's a big concern because you have the colder air to the north that continues to drain southward and as a result we're dealing with foggy conditions. but once the cold air take over as we go throughout the day on monday the fog dissipates as well. 37 degrees in philadelphia after a high temperature today of 51. millville your high today 61. you can see most spots in the 30s. the exception beach haven at 40 and 31 poconos and 35 dover and reading. here's the concern. visibility less than a mile here in philadelphia and mile in trenton and four miles is visibility reduced to there in allentown. point 8 beach haivrn and atlantic city. you give yourself extra time if

you are out and about on the roads. here's satellite 6 and action radar you see the frontal boundary we're tracking starting to make progress south. this fronts is parked north of us for majority of weekend. but heavy snow once again setting up across upstate new york and also into new england. so definitely thankful we're not in boston this time of year. they're expecting another foot of snowfall and areas in new england could see two feet of snow. this frontal boundary dips south and there's a frontal boundary riding over this front. cold are air mrunths southward overnight hours and cools column of air and where you have mixed precipitation you will have a concern. across the northwest suburbs an monday there's limited moisture we're tracking and working with. you have to travel north of pennsylvania turnpike and north of i 78 to get on heavy snowfall and also heavy ice accumulation and nonetheless the mixed precipitation will set up across
