the vine street express way, it involved a tanker truck but the tanker pulled away within the last few minutes, but one other vehicle being attached to a tow truck and penndot and police remain on the scene blocking the right lanes north of vine and that causes huge delays on northbound 95 the whole way from tasker to the scene approaching girard eastbound side is stacked solid approaching the schuylkill it's it's domino affect, that means the schuylkill expressway as well will be heavy east of city avenue through this point near montgomery to the vine. instead of 76 you may want to think about the river drive the mlk or the kelly instead of 95 northbound this chunk in philadelphia stick with columbus or the boulevard or the numbers streets and get back on northbound 95 a crash in quakertown by the ford

police say that a deadly shooting near the campus of north carolina at chapel hill was sparked by a parking dispute. all were muslim and advocacy groups questioned if it was biassed. but they say they were parked in a spotd designated for visitors and less than to hours ago hick's wife spoke out saying he was not bias against muslims. they want him charged with a hate crime. nearly two dozen safety officers got high honors in

trading yesterday, that makes apple worth twice as much as the next biggest company oil giant exxon mobil apple earned 3 billion in the last quarter. a facility could be new jobbed to the area, their idea to develop a distribution center on land purchased from the land authority. it could be the home of additional warehouse facilities. officials believe that the project will lead to more than 4,000 jobs and the deal is expected to close sometime this year. students in new jersey are rising up against drugs violence and gangs. the south main street school held their third riseup today, some students held signs including one that read our education matters.

jury returned three guilty verdicts, guilty of first degree murder and the other two of second degree murder. on september 19th 2013, they walked into the chester rite-aid intending to rob it and the manager was shot and killed. now mcclay was a u.s. veteran working to fill in for a colleague. mcclay's mother has addressed the media. >> justice has been served but i have lost my son and the defendant's families have lost their loved ones too it's a no win situation but justice has been served. >> in another news tonight, pennsylvania governor tom wolf is making good on a campaign promise to provide more money for education he announced his

from our delaware newsroom newcastle county police detectives are investigating a murder in newcastle it happened at the apartments on amstel avenue police found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds and the victim did not survive. delaware state police want your help finding these three suspects accused of a string of armed robberies officials say that the suspect held up seven plays at gun point in the last three weeks most relenly the claymont motel on monday. the robbers demand cash and then run no one has been hurt and if you have any information call delaware state police. workers that started a massive fire in northern new jersey last month never called 911 for help, according to published report there's is no report of of employees alerting firefighters to this blaze they got their first alarm from the

building's automated alert system. it started when the workers were trying to fix a leaky pipe and 500 people were forced to move out. in northeast philadelphia a driver was hurt in an early morning car crash it happened just before 3:00 a.m. on roosevelt boulevard and levitt street. they are checking to see if someone ran a red light. the city of philadelphia took a big step towards the launch of the bike share program, mayor michael nutter posed on a bike that cyclists will be zipping around on the name of the program is indego, a fleet of 600 bikes will be placed at docking stations throughout the city, one part of the program is making the bikes anna canzano says
