the perfect storm. not a storm really but don't be shocked when you wake up. it will be brutally cold. thursday night and the big story on "action news" tonight is dangerous cold and we are in that transition period. right now let's get the latest from meteorologist adam joseph. >> jim, the temperatures are dropping fast. winds increase and winds will get to brutal and dangerous levels by tomorrow morning. right now feels like 9 in philadelphia. look north and west where that core of cold is coming from. it's near 20 below in binghamton and 10 below in buffalo and 10 degrees below zero in pittsburgh. so when you wake up tomorrow morning lehigh valley, reading northern montgomery, bucks county it will feel between 10 and 15 below zero. philadelphia trenton, lake huvt to atlantic city, 5 to 10 below and far southern areas between zero and 5 below zero. this is extremely dangerous. that's why wind chills advisories are in place between

now and noon for pots up to, downingtown, quakertown, all points north and west where wind chills will be between 10 and 15 below zero. if you have to work outside or be outdoors for extend period of time for tomorrow morning remember in the delaware and lehigh valley with those whipped chills you can get frost bite on exposed skin between 0 and 60 minutes and only 15 to 30 minutes as you head up to poconos with wind chills between 15 and 25 degrees below zero. we'll talk about valentine's day and a period of snow equals will push through and there's accumulation jim, also wind chills will drastically drop further with historical cold coming in for the weekend. that's the forecast. >> it was all smiles and cheers as mayor nutter took the call from head of democratic national committee and news was good. the dnc will hold hole the nominating 2016 convention in philadelphia.

each other and to meet women who actually have gone through this already. >> 34-year-old emily seraska is one of the women. >> ever since i was really pretty little i knew i wanted to have children. >> like many she's delayed having children partly due to devoting time to her career. but also because she wants to find mr. right. not mr. right now. so she chose to freeze her eggs last year. >> to me it's really insurance policy against making a bad or rash decision. >> dr. kelly says egg-freezing process has significantly improved over the past few years. and in fact, it's no longer considered experimental. >> so it doesn't seem the actual freezing and thawing techniques damage the eggs. so these eggs will work as well as fresh eggs. >> the success rate using eggs from women under age 34 is up to 60%. and for women 35 and older it ranges from 25 to 47%.

and the whole process takes about 4 weeks. and women have to inject medication for about ten days which can come with side effects such as mroting, labs and ultrasound are done and then the eggs are retrieved under sedation. emily was back to work the next day. she now tells other women. >> even though i have not seen end result yet and hopefully one day i will i feel confident it was one of the best decisions i ever made. >> it's a big and expensive decision. still now that more women are putting off pregnancy it's a popular one. >> i wanted to be executive vice-president and focus on that and a couple months ago i was like maybe i want to have a baby. >> as for moving medicine inside a bar some may call it marketing employ. >> i think it's great. everything is a little better with a little wine it makes it easier to talk about these things. maybe because you're among
