philadelphia has seen in 21 years and you have to go back to january 19 of 1994 when we hit 5 below zero. here are numbers some of the records that will be matched if not broken by tomorrow morning. trenton, philadelphia, wilmington all along the i-95 corridor and allentown possibly tying record which is below. dover possibly a record of 1 degrees and although toms river, lancaster, reading will not hit records we'll go below zero for those air temperatures. but the biting wind will also do its damage and not only for us, which is right now at 9 below zero how it feels if philadelphia but atlanta feels like 8 chicago 10 below and omaha 1 and jacksonville, florida, feels like 24. wind chills alerts are splattered across the eastern half of country including our greater philadelphia and lehigh valley area with wind chill advisoryes right through 11:00 tomorrow morning and in fact,

with the story. >> jim, police are looking for two men that shot and killed this limo driver. >> reporter: police are still trying to figure out if the two men were passengers he picked up on a job earlier tonight. police say it was just before 9 p.m. a number of calls were made to 911 reporting put multiple gun shots in area of tabor and mascher. 35 district officers arrived a short time late to find limo driver slumped over in driver seat of chrysler 300, shot at least once. >> based on crime scene we know that the chrysler that this victim was operating has four bullet holes at least four bullet holes on the passenger side of the vehicle. so it appears the shooter or shooters were firing from outside of the vehicle into the vehicle. >> police say it appears after the driver was shot the limo proceeded several feet forward before crashing into a telephone pole right next to the olney

train station. >> information from a 911 call describes the shooters as two males, one male wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt and second male wearing all dark clothing and they both fled on foot unknown direction. >> now police say the car is registered to a limo company candor limo 4700 rising sun avenue. other limo drivers are telling me tonight the man is 44 years old and he's father of a daughter. they say he was held up a couple times before and reerptly had reported problems at this very location. we're live in olney section. dann cuellar "channel 6 action news." >> all right, dap, thank you. chopper 6 was over gloucester township, camden county where a new jersey transit but collided with i a bus. four are treated for minor injuries. >> lincoln university is

investigating an incident of racist graffiti that showed up overnightch the derogatoryy term was painted on a sign at the entrance to the campus of this historically black university in chester county. it has already been removed. the school's president told the 2500 students not to be distracted by, in his words ow wardly acts of others. >> authorities say the motive in that meat packing plant murder was revenge for a prank. deadly stabbing happened yesterday in parking lot of the jbs note pack in franconia township. police say victim danny vasquez pulled a chair out from under peter atem tuesday and the next day the 32-year-old atem stabbed vasquez to death. atem was injured as well and remains in the hospital while he faces charger of murder. >> the deal to sell the former revel casino is officially dead. the bankruptcy court judge today approved revel's request to

business in already we're at 18 below in reading for your wind chill. 13 below in lehigh valley and 9 below in philadelphia close to that in wilmington as well as dover. lancaster, 16 below and at the shore about 5 to 8 degrees below zero. it's all because of this arctic high pressure that has pushed down from the north. and arctic air is very dry air. that's where you get statistic electricity if you walk across a rug. take off your jacket or scarf and touch something metal it's because of the high and also because of dry air no precipitation can form and eventually that changes as warmer air pushes arctic air out. 20 below in allentown and 19 below in reading and 17 below in philadelphia and brutal and dangerous to start friday in the afternoon we recover by about 15 to 20 we'll still stop in single digits in afternoon. then tomorrow moisture gathers in deep south and tennessee

valley. this is a warm front. as that warm air tries to buckle over existing arctic air you ring out the atmosphere with condensation. snow breaks out late saturday morning into saturday afternoon and eventually changing over to sleet, freezing rain and rain. and prior to that on saturday afternoon and evening we're looking at general 1 to 3", dover, millville, atlantic city, right through philadelphia and in far northwestern suburbs north of pennsylvania turnpike possibly 3 to 6" of snow before some changeover and again it starts as all snow here saturday afternoon and evening and changing to a mix during the overnight hours of saturday and could be a longer period of ice in the lehigh valley as that arctic air is stubborn to bust that far north taken could and will end as lights rain for most ever us late saturday night out sunday morning. the exclusive accuweather forecast dangerous cold tomorrow. full sunshine. watch snow to break out saturday afternoon and evening. 32. not a huge storm but enough to
