the driver faces various charges including dui. a deadly attack on a limousine driver remains under investigation, at least two suspects were involved in the shooting last night. vernon odom is here with an update on the case. >> reporter: rick, at this hour, police have not released the name of the victim the limo driver they do not believe this is a robbery as this investigation goes forward today. the murder went down in olney at 9:00 witnesses told police there were two gunman that opened fire outside of the limo that later crashed into a telephone pole and the suspects fled on foot. >> there is no obviously right now that he was robbed. that is definitely a

possibility, often time cab drivers, or in this case limo driver often times it's robbery, it's something we'll take a look at. >> police do not believe this was a robbery attempt. they are saying little more, there are many surveillance cameras in that area including at that nearby septa station in olney and they'll be taking a look and detectives are gathering surveillance foot able to catch up with the two murders this hour. >> thank you. homicide detectives are looking for the gunman that fired seven bulletses into a car killing a 39-year-old man. the gun fire erupted in north philadelphia on silver street the victim was pronounced dead on the scene. officials are still working
