way. we continue to deal with the cold it's record breaking in some locations and two we're watching the arrival. snow as the system approaches from the southwest. look at these temperatures, minus five degrees in millville. atlantic city at the airport minus 4. allentown, down to zero. these sterchlts are -- temperatures are record low. wilmington 11, lancaster 9. philadelphia, 13, trenton, #. we have a windchill fortunately the winds have coupled calmed down from yesterday. winter storm warning goes into effect for lunchtime for areas highlighted in pink. this is where we'll see several inches of snow before an eventual changeover to ice. beginning as snow and changing to ice by evening and we'll see

difficult to put out a fire in lindenwald, camden county. 8 of the 12 apartments were damaged. frozen fire hydrants prevented firefighters from getting a handle on this sooner. >> when we pulled up we had a fire in the roof and the cold and the ice played a partly in putting it out. >> power had to be cut off for the entire build as a precaution. all residents are being aided by the red cross. one person died after a car slammed into a utility pole in new jersey. chopper 67 over the scene route 130 in cinnaminson. one man was taken to cooper university hospital where he died. two others were hurt. no word on what caused the accident. a woman is recovering this morning after being rescued when a stairwell collapsed around her in philadelphia's hunting park

section. it happened at a home in the 3200 block of north philips street. a woman was walking on the stairs when they gave way. department of licenses and inspections is investigating. the search is on for a shooter who killed a man sitting in his car in tioga nicetown section. police say the man was in his 20s. he investigators say he was sitting in his car on west butler street where he was shot with an assault rifle. he was taken to temple university hospital where he died. one man is in custody in connection with the stabbing death of niki minaj's tour manager.

29-year-old was killed and his friend was critically injured. one person of interest is in custody. police are still searching for two other men. a shooting happened january 24 on the 4200 block of mccall iister street. else considered armed and dangerous. a university received an anonymous letter saying that students were hazed. the and he thinks is up in a week. former football coach jerry
