ot a few details on how the fbi found michael trotta and his 3-year-old daughter elinor in the state of massachusetts, it was 3:30 this afternoon when s.w.a.t. teams moved into and took him into custody and recovered the little girl safely in spencer, massachusetts and elinor's mother talk about getting the good news. >> i broke down and i got to talk to her on the phone. she is shaken but she is ready to be back with me. >> and this is 3-year-old elinor missing since last evening it was shortly before 7:00 p.m. when police say that trotta assaulted his ex-girlfriend, elinor's mother and took the little girl from the home in newcastle delaware, trotta was spotted at a rest

million. the judge never issued the final order leaving room for negotiations that resulted in the sale today. straub's lawyer expects the current deal to close by march 31st. governor chris christie differed his budget plan today calling for a sweeping overhaul of the state's pension system it totalled $28 billion with no tax increase including paying $1.3 billion into the state's troubled pension system. a judge ordered the state to add $1.5 billion to the fiscal budget this year. but christie says there say shortfall in state revenue and the state's teachers union has agreed to work on a roadmap for reform. >> if we do not reform next year we are asked to spend nearly $8 billion on pension and health

quite a scene this morning, a driver lost control and landed on top of parks vehicles at the ardmore accura dealership, please say that the 74-year-old driver accidentally hitle accelerator instead of brakes after leaving a nearby car wash, the driver was taken to presbyterian medical center. and in pennsauken they may have a problem on their hands the problem is the local landfill. and it's making the practice of breathing unpleasant, lehigh valley correspondent, walter perez has the story. >> big time nasty. >> lanie of northampton county talks about the stench that
