en they say were trying to join isis. sara bloomquist is live in the satellite center with what we know so far. >> reporter: less than an hour ago new york city police commissioner bill braton announced the arrests of the two men trying to join isis and the third accuses of trying to bank role them. they all lived in brooklyn and police say that two men planned to go to syria to join isis and they allegedly considered attacks here in the u.s. including attacking president obama, and one said he would get a gun and kill police officers and fbi agents if they tried to stop him. >> two of the individuals were

now to an investigation that started in delaware and went to new england and ended with an emotional reunion for a mother and her daughter, and the man who abducted her made his first appearance in court. >> the child was found safe in massachusetts and the man that took her is about to come back and face charges and we hear for the first time from the girl's mother, she talked to chad pradelli in minquadale. >> reporter: she says her daughter is doing really well and the reunion late last night was the best birthday present she could have severed. 3-year-oldal more trotta danced and like any other toddler, her mother says she is perfect.

half hour. now to the latest on that incredible crash near los angeles that happened when the driver of a pickup truck drove on to train tracks and abandoned the vehicle, 12 people were injured, four of them kritly cly. many the pickup driver jose ramirez is charged with felony hit and run for leaving the scene, they believe he accidentally drove his trucks on to the tracks. >> it was not stuck or bottomed out, it had actually traveled down the railroad track itself. in a statement to abc news, the attorney lashed out to law enforcement saying that the arrest is the unfortunate result of law enforcement trying to cast blame on someone caught in a tragic situation investigators say it could have been much worse credited new

timing this go around. as we look at double scan live radar, all quiet with the sunshine it fells like warm sunshine with temperatures getting to 38 so far in philadelphia. 35 in allentown and 37 in wilmington and 36 in wildwood and these numbers are still roughly 8 degrees below normal for this time of year. we have the sunshine but clouds are building especially washington down to the south and that southern system has a decent amount of moisture with it being pulled out of the gulf of mexico. and panama city on the verge of atlanta seeing heavy rain and that is expanding to the east as the cold air takes over in mississippi and alabama and georgia and the carolinas and the virginias will be up next for a heavy hit of snow tonight in the deep south. as this low cranks up it will be moving it's not going to stall or progress slowly from the south to the north and east
