weather and it isn't pretty. lets get right to meteorologist cecily tynan at the big board, cecily. >> we have some ugly weather moving our way over the next three days. it will begin tomorrow afternoon. the national weather service posted winter weather advisories starting at 3:00 for bulk of our viewing area northern delaware, interior south jersey all points north and west. this is for snow that will be changing over to sleet and ice. bad timing with this occurring during the evening commute. now storm tracker six live double scan showing this low, the first in two lows that will be moving through. this is east of denver colorado will rag owe. that is moving up across the great lakes what that means is we will get in the warm sector of the storm but not when it first moves in. when it moves in it will be cold enough for frozen precipitation. few door tracker showing at 4:00 in the afternoon the the snow has arrived and then a as we head through the evening hours and it will be changing over to sleet and freezing rain. as far as snow accumulations with the front end of the system, it will not be much.

a coat ago cross most of our viewing area have of snow but a after that, and this is the problem, this is when we will get ice accumulation up to a tenth of an inch northern lehigh county, northern berks county a and poconos looking at a coat to go 2 inches of snow, and then up to a quarter inch of ice. you get that icing as we found out last night it can cause lots of problems. a bigger problem is this is a a long lasting storm. it will come in waves. on wednesday it will be a wet day. temperatures in the the 40's with period of rain. a pretty good soaking. quarter inch to three-quarters of an inch. on thursday morning cold air is pulled in. this will bring us potential for not heavy rain but heavy snow with slippery roads and a potential for substantial accumulation. i'll he talk about how much snow to expect coming up in the full accu weather forecast, jim. >> thanks, cecily. be sure to wake up with the "action news" team beginning at 4:30. they will have the latest on the storm that could make tomorrow night's commute a real mess. this is the the way it

looked when the the fire was really picking up steam. flames erupted late this afternoon at trico metals plant in upper more land. as darkness fell the blaze enveloped this complete structure as its went to five alarms. there were explosions inside there were collapsing walls outside. but as we look at the scene live from chopper six we can see fire fighters are still pouring water on the blaze even though it is under control. the good news is that nobody was hurt, and given the size of the fire, that is very good news. "action news" reporter wendy saltsman is live at the scene, wendy, what does it look like from your perspective on the ground. >> reporter: jim, right the now fire officials have us blocked off a little ways away from the remnants of the smoldering fire but earlier this evening the flames were blazing into the the sky. eyewitnesses tell us that the trico building was leveled by a a series of explosions. >> the the power of the fire,

the flames did everything. unbelievable. >> reporter: five alarm fire started shortly after 5:00, the beginnings described as heavy smoke before the entire building burst into flames. >> pretty serious fire. i mean it is bad. it seems like there was a few explosions. >> reporter: trico is a sheet metal manufacturer who has a 50 years in the industry. fire fighters haded to approach the building with caution not certain what chemicals they may be facing. >> there was compressed gas cylinders, variation of compressed gas cylinders there is no hazardous materials or anything that affected the community. as a danger to fire fighters there was multiple explosions and a building collapse. >> reporter: while officials say there were no toxic chemicals in the building the danger was not just what was in here but what was housed housed in businesses nearby. >> i don't know what they had in there to be honest with you but there was explosions. we have chemical for our spray foam business. >> reporter: twenty-four different agencies responded. fire fighters were exhausted but they had to struck in what the tore battle the the smoke and blaze. >> it just started to growing

the hospital tonight with burns over half his body. smell of gas woke him up at 1:40 this morning. i flipped on the basement light and his home exploded. viewer video shows aftermath of the explosion, just after it exploded, on cooks lane. >> we woke up the whole backyard was bright as could be. we looked out the window. by the time we got downstairs the guy that was living in the house got blown out of the front door. >> this is the second explosion in ocean county in less than a week. fifteen people were injured last tuesday when a cracked gas line blew apart a home. police in radnor township have have arrested an alleged peeping tom. authorities say there have been dozens of victims and for all they know there could be hundreds more. "action news" reporter dann cuellar is live at the king of prussia mall where police say a lot of these incidents took place, dann. >> reporter: that is right jim. police called it one of the largest invasion of the privacy cases they have ever seen. they say they have identified three of the alleged victims

but there was so many others whose identity they do not know. women who were on the videos that shot moses secretly took at one of his favorite hang out, the king of prussia mall what were you up to, shawn. >> reporter: thirty-seven year-old sean moses was not taking any questions about what he did or did not do you but if radnor police have it right, he was a man sneaking around on his hand and knees videotaping naked girls and woman in the dressing rooms in the king of prussia mall. he then posted videos on pornographic web sites. >> eighty-six separate counts of invation of privacy, 18 counts of the loitering and prowling at night. >> reporter: moses came to the a attention of police after three women reported he was sneaking up to bedroom windows in bryn mawr and videotaping nude women. >> when we check his computer mr. moses had volumes of files on his computer titled jail bait. now that is slang terminology for under age girls. >> police say they went through great pains to have videos removed from porn web sites, but. >> mr. moses has such a following on the the internet

diagnosis and treatment, 20 years ago. big night the for him. it is not going to be a great next few days. >> no. whenever we get into march we start thinking about spring but this is a reminer from mother nature it is still very much winter for the next three days. tonight storm tracker six live double scan showing nothing is falling from the sky. the problem tonight, it is falling temperatures. temperatures made it up to 40 degrees today. we have a mark sun. a lot of the ice melt today but now we're down to 31 degrees in philadelphia. twenty-seven in allentown and reading. twenty-nine in wilmington. 32 degrees in wildwood. so anything that melted today on untreated surfaces will be refreezing overnight. the satellite six with action radar showing we have a light of clear skies right now, if you look to the south ape west cloud are already beginning to move in. so the cloud will be here for the morning rush hour. when temperatures are in the 20's again be careful patchy black ice around. at 6:00 o'clock 20 degrees.

same at 7:00 the by 8:00 o'clock only 21 degrees. then future track are shows in the evening commute the problem will be snow and ice at 4:00 o'clock, the snow arriving around philadelphia and areas to the west. temperatures below freezing. then we will get warmer air but first it moves in higher in the a atmosphere. it is still cold to the surface. so that will cause sleet and freezing rain around 6:00 o'clock. then by 11:00 that is when warmer air is pull in. we will get change overall to rain in the overnight hours into wednesday. so, tomorrow the the morning commute, a little bit patchy black ice but tomorrow's evening commute will be problems with light snow a coat to go 2 inches perhaps in the lehigh valley but then that ice on top of the snow a tenth of an inch. so a slow afternoon commute a how plenty of extra time and be patient. then the big issue will be wednesday night into thursday morning. cold front moves through, high pressure helps supply the cold air where that front sets up is key. that is what bind the track to
