this cadillac crashed around 2:15, now a lady who was driving north on broad said the car clipped her after running the light, veered off and went through the front window of this bank. she said the two occupants of the vehicle got out of the car and dusted themselves off and walked off north on broad street. they walked past a temple university student who was using an atm machine. he got a description of the couple. police stopped them. the car is registered to a home on 29th street. the police have tried contacts that person, but there is no answer at that house. right now they are trying to figure out who was behind the wheel of the vehicle. the driver and the passenger just left walked off and they are still trying to find them at

careful as you travel out. this particular model shows it takes longer to move out of here this is a look at 7:00 as it pushes off the coastline. the change time will be delayed and stay with us longer during the day. the lehigh valley, we'll see a changeover around 6:00 and central and south jersey might take longer to see the change from rain to snow. as we look at the various model the rpm saying 7.4. 6.8. overall we're expecting 4 to 8 inches. there's a lot of moisture to work with, some of the models saying there's a lot of moisture coming and it will last longer. 4 to 8 in the philadelphia area. the best chance of the 8 inches or so will be in interior areas of south jersey are or delaware, it will be snowing the hardest in many places. the exclusive accuweather

and matt with weather and traffic. >> reporter: good morning, we're starting with storm tracker 6 live double scan, as we forecasted a mix of rain, sleet and snow, we're in the process of seeing that changeover right now. let's go in tighter to some of the areas here. we have snow off to the northwest. it's light in honeybrook and pilots and lansdale. we have snowflakes and sleet mixing in chadds ford and media and the city and jenkintown. as you look in philadelphia and areas south for the most part it's rain. we're starting to see the snowflakes mixing in. that process is happening right now. the winter storm warning goes into effect until 7:00 p.m. this evening. it started last night. that gives you an idea of the duration of the storm. we're looking at 37 degrees in the city. we'll see sleet and wet snowflakes mixing in. they will met on the ground initially, butment temperatures are
