police investigate a deadly shooting. >> police got a call of a bullet riddled minivan on the on-ramp for 495. a man inside was shot many times and pronounced at the scene. a woman was shot and taken to christiana hospital in critical condition. the investigation led police to close 495 southbound ramp route 13 south and 4935 north at i-95 where another vehicle was discovered along with bullet casings on the highway. northbound route 13 is closed between memorial drive and 495 stay with "action news" and 6abc.com for the latest on this changing situation. a burglar suspect was shot and wounded by police in delaware. it happened at a rite aid on naamans boulevard. police were called for a break in. shots were fired the suspect was flown to christiana hospital in critical condition. a fallen philadelphia

police officer will be remembered and honored for his sacrifice during church service also this morning. robert wilson was shot and killed while trying to stop a robbery this past thursday. >> today the congregation of saint martins de porres church will honor officer wilson and his family. >> reporter: officer robert wilson's grandmother heard the news and called her grandson, but never got a response. eve only seen this tough cop image of robert wilson. those who knew him say he wases usually smiles. >> robby would be cutting up and smiling. he would keep going i loved him, and i know he loved me. >> reporter: it was thursday when the 8-year veteran 22nd district officer was killed in a gun battle with two attempted

"action news" was on the scene on the 500 block of kings

highway in cherry hill. the driver lost control and drove through the window of the buildings. the building suffered no structural damage, but there was damage to the front of the business. search efforts resume for a missing teenager from delaware county. 13-year-old cayman niev has been not been since since wednesday night. hundreds gathered to canvass neighborhoods and pass out flyers. the fbi joined several law enforcement agencies and the k-9 team to search for him. >> we have no reason to believe this is a criminal investigation, but law enforcement has intensified their effort. >> else 5'7", 110 pounds, wear a gray ski jacket and black ski pants and hiking boots. call police if you have seen him. the search continues for 13-year-old nysera harris last

west burke street. no word on the scrim's condition or -- victim's condition or suspects or motives. tensions are high in madison wisconsin where a unarmed black teen was shot by a white police officer. police officer matt kenny was looking for a man who reportedly beat someone odds a street when he heard a noise inside a house and forced his way in. that's when robinson attacked kenny. the officer pulled his gun and shot robinson. the young man's mother ask in anguish. >> he was my life. i was 17 when i had him we grew up together. i don't know how to live without him. >> we need to make this a public show of our remorse and contrition for his loss. 19 years old is too young.

fleet 39. pottstown, 32. saint davids 40. chester and center city, 44. 43 in glassboro. smyrna, 450. dover, 45. woodbine 44 degrees, this is going to be a moderate day. decent amount of sunshine south of the city, dealing with cloud cover toward the northwest. you'll see sun even across the lehigh valley and the poconos as the day wears on. almost a repeat performance of yesterday. sun and clouds, turning milder, 48 degrees in the city. winds out of the northwest at 5 to 15 miles per hour. south jersey and delaware, more than likely you're topping out in the 50s today, which will be the first of seven days in the seven-day forecast. what's ahead a sprinkle or two is possible north and west of the city. maybe a flurry in the lehigh valley or the poconos. should not amount to that much. we have dreary conditions tuesday and friday. friday is the day of concern

here, quite a bit of moisture with that system that could produce flooding in parts of the area. we have to watch friday. the good news there's lots of 50s in the seven-day forecast chill have coming up in ten minutes. >> an update on our breaking news now a major thoroughfare through delaware is closed at this hour as state troopers investigate a deadly shooting on i-4935. 495. it started when police discovered a bullet-riddled minivan. the man inside the van was pronounced at the scene. a woman was shot and taken to christiana hospital in critical condition. i-495 northbound at the i-95 split north of newport remains closed at this hour. that's where another vehicle was discovered along with bullet casings on the highway. we'll continue to update the

situation on i-95 in delaware and "action news" at noon and 6abc.com. in delaware overnight a burglary suspect was shot and wounded by police it happened at a rite aid on naamans road in claymont. police responded to a call of a break-in. after officers arrived shots were fired. the suspect was flown to christiana hospital in critical condition. a fall philadelphia police officer is being remembered and honored during church services this morning. robert wilson was shot and killed while trying to stop a robbery last thursday. today the congregation of the church will pay their respects to officer wilson and his family. "action news" reporter, annie mccormick joins us live outside the church with more. >> reporter: well, nydia eva the 10:00 a.m. mass is underway. as you look behind me you can see the row of police vehicles mostly from the 22nd district. officer wilson did not attend the parish, but the priest said it was important to honor him

because he played an important role in the community. >> lift up the soul of his family and his sons. >> reporter: this morning, parishners honor robert wilson. the officer was killed thursday in a gun battle inside the 21st and lehigh game stop. the 8 year veteran was inside buying a game for his 9-year-old son. he was in uniform. his partner was outside in a marked patrol car. two attempted robbers shot and killed wilson. the community is showing their support for a man they call a hero. the 10:00 a.m. mass parishners will collect money to go nate to his sons, 9-year-old and 1-year-old. kenneth moten spoke to his family who said in life he was dedicated to his family and job and generous to everyone. father stephen thorn said they

want to help. >> if he can help make it better, he will make it better. >> that's part of it, too we want people to know it's a great parish right in his neighborhood we're striving to do god's will here. >> reporter: father says a number of officers belong to the parish. they said this is a regularly scheduled mass. they will have a dead -- dedication during the mass. the present the officer was buying was for his 9-year-old for his birthday which is tomorrow. annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." >> two brothers charged in the deadly shooting of officer wilson have been arraigned on murder charges. ramon williams was arraigned and his brother carlton hipps was wounded in the shootout with officer wilson. wilson saved lives by drawing

happened on west grape street in vineland. when officers arrived they found three people shot inside the car that was parked on the side of the road. one victim died, two others were taken to the hospital for treatment. no word on what sparked the shooting. a south jersey business will need plenty of repairs after a car smashed into the buildings overnight. "action news" was on scene on kings highway in cherry hill. the driver lost control and drove through the window. nobody was hurt, there is plenty of damage to the front of the business. two people were found unresponsive inside a motel room in atlantic county this weekend. police found the two people unconscious at the best western on black horse pike. medics were unable to revive the pair. they were pronounced dead. no further information has been released. officials say a suspect who

was in a police standoff was wanted for murder. the man was believed to be stanley lane a suspect wanted in a cheltenham township murder earlier this week. he shot himself after police surroundedded him. lane was wanted in the shooting death on wednesday. >> new charges have been charged against a south jersey school bus aid accused of stealing from students. officials have leased the video accused of taking lunch money and bagged lunches from students on the bus, she is charged with taking $400 from from the bus driver. she is behind bars on $50,000 bond. officials at the camden county health department are putting out an alert on confirmed case of rabies. the raccoon was discovered by the family last sunday. last month other rack coons in
