the 2010 nfl draft named the associationed player of the year by the associated press. he missed all of last season after tearing his acl for the second time in his career. he is a talent when he is healthy. as for nick foles his run here in philadelphia is over. when he took over the job from michael vick in 2013, he lit the nfl on fire 27 touch downs against 2 interceptions and went to the pro bowl that season and last year foles struggled before suffering a collar bone injury against the houston texans. it's not often in the nfl that you see a quarterback for quarterback trade. but they are going to try it out. sara bloomquist is live in roxborough sampling reaction

turnal fire report, the family of fall and firefighter joyce craig is speaking out only to "action news," they asking that charges be brought against fire personnel following craig's death wendy saltzman got her hands on that report and "action news" has spoken with the family. she joins us at union headquarter withes exclusive report. >> reporter: jim this 22 page report documents some training and communication issues that occurred on that ill fated day when joyce craig was killed. her family is still waiting for answers and now they are asking for someone to be held accountable in her death. >> the potential existed had there been more training this tragedy would not have occurred. >> it's been -- joyce craig was it's first female firefighter to be killed in philadelphia.

while stopping short of placing blame the circumstances surrounding the incident identified real training problems within the district. she hit her button at 3:02 and then minutes later and was not found for 17 minutes. >> the pain is beyond the actual loss. >> mike craig her brother spoke with "action news" today. >> we would like any of those that were flawed in their decision making or their lack to follow procedure i think it's appropriate they be brought up on criminal charges. >> he spoke to commissioner sawer and he said there was no one incident that caused her death but a multiple of incidents, the response time from the crew and problems with ground communication and training among the issues.

investigators return to the scene of a blaze that destroyed a montgomery county business officials exam the charred remains of the valley crest landscaping in lower providence and the flames broke out on the 500 block of northern avenue there was concern of the propane tanks housed on the property fortunately nobody was hurt. the fire started in a mechanical room but the exact cause has yet to be determined. the man accused of killing a co-worker inside a montgomery county meat plant was incourt said. 32 degree peter adam left in

skippack investigators say he stabbed danny vazquez in revenge for a prank. he plans to plead not guilty to first degree murder at his arrangement on april 29th. at issue the cross at the center of the county seal in lehigh valley, the group called the freedom from religion foundation calls the use unconstitutional and demands the seal be redesigned. the pennsylvania pastor network says the plan displayed an open hostility towards christianity. the board of commissioners has not responded. an economic boost has come taking the scenic route. governor jack markell was on hand for the delaware byway committee it will promote the historic routes with the small

sam bradford of the rams. i can tell you that the rams hold the 10 and pick, bradford is a fourth overall pick and a good rookie season in 2010 and in 2012 he threw his most touchdown passes at 21 but injuries haunted him, he missed all of last season for tearing his acl in the preseason the second time he suffered that injury. nick foles had 27 touch downs in 2013 and only 2 interceptions in that pro bowl season. but he did not look the same when he went down with the collar bone injury. ron jaworsky says have faith. >> i'm not concerned whatsoever it appears to me that chip kelly has a plan, and we have to let the plan play out. obviously this team has won 20 games over the last to years it
