months. live at city hall, john rawlins, channel 6 "action news." firefighters rescued a driver this morning who was trapped after an accident in westchester, the crash happened on route 926 and south concord road at 10:00 one car flipped on to its roof and the driver of that vehicle was taken to the hospital. philadelphia police have arrested one person in connection with a fire bombing at a home in juniata park it's incident happened at 1:30 this morning on palmetto street. police say that a molotov cocktail was thrown through a basement window but fortunately nobody was hurt. the fatal shooting of of a teenager last thursday resultses in the most serious charges again a classmate. >> he was selfish. he loved his friends and family.

he was a caring kid. >> james becker is talking about his late son james becker iii a murder victim the kensington teen was shot in the stomach by the friend in a third floor bedroom. they were playing with a handgun. >> becker's father is crushed. >> loved basketball and people and loved people and his family. >> he lived for his son he wanted what was good for his children it's a tragedy, is he heart broken. police say all signs are that it was an accident, it's charge will be murder. he took the clip out and thought there was no bulletses in it and there was one in the chamber that killed his friend. >> the family was in no mood to talk as they left the murder

spoke are appalled by the actions by the fraternity in oklahoma, they say that those actions would not be tolerated here. >> the racist chant by university of oklahoma students is troubling and disturbing, it's a sentiment shared by college students across philadelphia. >> it's awful and shouldn't be happening, that song was offensive to a lot of people. >> that would be accepted by a frat and okay for them to do that is just insane. >> the fraternity at the center is sigma alpha epsilon, penn is only one local school with a chapter and they were unavailable for common. it's chapter is shut down at ou and the house shut down.

national organization says that the national fraternity does not teach such a hateful, racist chant and is not part of any education or training on the campus of temple and penn, students say such insensitive actions would not be tolerated. >> i was at my fraternity house older heads were warning us of stuff like that, but we wouldn't do that it was obviously wrong. >> we already mesh together and come together in the community. >> it's 2015, i felt like this shouldn't be happening anymore but it is. it is ridiculous. >> two students at oklahoma were expelled but as one student said all the students on the

it will be cooler 51 degrees and cooler today and winds out of the northwest and windchills are in the 30s and 40s and you do want to bundle up for tomorrow. on friday high pressure moves away from us and high pressure is developing from the south, that means sunshine in the morning and gives way to clouds, 52 is the high and behind that system we dry out for the second half of the weekend. that brings us a soaking rain, and we are looking at a half inch to inch of rain and in the afternoon it's a damp day and the second half of the weekend is looking better than the first. skies are clearing out tonight and much cooler 36 in center city and 29 degrees in the cooler suburbs, there could be patchy black ice in the suburbs be careful. tomorrow loads of sunshine and even with the sunshine temperatures struggle to make it up into the upper 40s by 5:00, you'll need a jacket tomorrow.
