students had to evacuate the school after becoming ill from fumes, the problem was the nearby paulsboro refinery. sara bloomquist is live from the nearby medical center. >> reporter: students and staff members were treated and released and they had walk-ins this afternoon and those people are being evacuated right now, they got sick from an odor described as rotten eggs coming from a refinery located next door to the high school. students and staff smelled a foul odor here all week and this morning some started to feel sick. most kids i saw were putting their heads down and having stomach aches and headaches from the smell. students were transported to the medical center in woodbury and

their parents rushed to be with them. >> her nose is burning and she told me she has headaches and is dizzy and doesn't feel well as all and her eyes are burning. >> this school sits adjacent to the refinery and monday morning a vapor leak was detected in a tank something called napka and air quality testing was being done and a refinery spokesperson says at no point were carbons detected. when the students started to feel ill the emergency management came out to test the air again. >> they said the levels were there and we closed. >> the school was aired out and the building deemed safe by the afternoon. the refinery is cleaning the

we are having fun with the forecasts of snow, but it's not that unusual to have snow this time of year. last year we had snow in april and the last measurable snow was

may 8th back in the 1800s march snow is not that unusual. stormtracker 6 live double scan showing that we have clear conditions out there tonight. and we are live on sky 6 hd this is a beautiful shot in cape may showing that you have the beach to yourself today. another 30 to 35 degrees and today would be a beautiful beach day but temperatures make it feel like it's still winter which it is. 45 in philadelphia today yes's high 68 and millville 44 and trenton 44 and wilmington 44 winds are gusting close to 40 miles per hour today. 34 in trenton and winds diminish tonight and under clear skies it's another clear night with overnight lows in the 20s.

satellite 6 along with action radar showing not a cloud in the sky here, however what i am tracking is low pressure over texas and this low pressure transfers to a coastal low, and this brings us messy weather for the last day of winter. high pressure to the north this supplies a fresh injection of arctic air cold air is in place and you need that for snow and that low pressure will transfer it's energy to a coastal low. and that helps to bring us moisture to the atlantic and it provides lift and also produces the snow. future tracker showing the good news is morning commute on friday looks okay and the moisture will be waiting until after the morning commute, mid to late morning, primarily in the form of snow, snowing around lunch time and gets heavier and steadier into the afternoon so
