had to jump from a second floor balcony to escape a fire in an apartment complex at 250 somers point village on mays landing road. at least five. apartments are badly damaged. there's no word on how many people have been displaced. investigators are looking for a cause. villanova wildcats returned to campus this afternoon reeling from a stunning loss. a season with so much promise came to a sudden end in pittsburgh. top seeded nova got outrebounded all night long. they had a handful of makeable shots, jeff skeverski has more.
