we'll begin right now with breaking news out of yardley bucks county tonight. state police are investigating the discovery of a body at a rest stop along i-95 just south of scudder falls bridge right around 8:00 tonight an older man was found sitting inside a car door open, one leg happening out. police say a maintenance worker first spotted the van and thought he was sleeping inside that car. but, once he realized the man was unresponsive he called police. police are just beginning this investigation. we do not yet know how that man died tonight a 12-year-old boy is recovering after trying to save his mother from a violent confrontation. the khiltd was shot in the leg police say by his mother's abusive exboyfriend.
