hotels. their flight is scheduled to leave ten minutes after 12:00. passengers say that flight has already been delayed. >> to northeast philadelphia it's another round of what's becoming a familiar crime air bag theft. the incident happened not far from other theft also earlier this month. david henry joins us live from the rhawnhurst section with more. >> reporter: northeast philadelphia sunny has been plagued by air bag thefts recently. the car owners on this block in rhawnhurst are among the latest victims. this car had its window broken out. the air bag is missing from the steering wheel. the owner of this car saw the theives in action. jean's honda was burglarized overnight. she woke up to the sound of someone breaking into her car.

the thieves busted the window of her son's car but didn't get the air bag. other victims were clearly upset. >> the window was like a couple of hundred dollars last year. >> reporter: victims have been left with thousands of dollars worth of damage. air bag can cost a thousand dollars or more to replace. the theives sell them to unscrupulous repair shops. residents of this neighborhood were warned of the problem at a town watch meeting last month. >> it was one of the topic also somebody came up from the city and discussed that very subject. >> reporter: residents around here are having trouble sleeping at night especially honda wondering if -- honda owners wondering if they will be next.

a man and woman were stabbed at 6th and cherry. another person assaulted on dickenson street a few blocks away. all of the victims were taken to the hospital. philadelphia police are looking for a thief who took advantage of a forgetful shopper. the suspect stole a wallet from a handbag at the deli last wednesday. detectives released the video showing him taken the wallet left on the window sill by the shopper. if you have any information on the suspect's identity call 215-546-tips. philadelphia fire marshal is looking for the cause of a fatal fire last night in germantown. it broke out shortly after 7:00 in an apartment building in the 4600 block of pulaski avenue. smoke alarms alerted a mother and child to get out. for some reason another woman living there didn't make it out. her identity is being when he would until family can be notified. family members are battling

>> david is here, we were looking forward to the arrival of spring. >> reporter: saturday was nice, we'll be getting milder later this week. with that comes a bit of rain. storm tracker 6 live double scan right now shows you we are rain free. as we look on the action cam earlier, plenty of sunshine splashing down across boathouse row. we're expecting it to remain sunny today. it is chilly and coat weather. 34 degrees in philadelphia. the winds however are light at 3 miles per hour. still, that's cold enough for a couple of layers and maybe a hood if the wind picks up later on, as i think it will. 32 in trenton. 33 in allentown. 34 in reading. 36 in wilmington and 34 in wildwood, new jersey. here the current winds you'll note they are in the single digits philadelphia south. up in the north stronger winds build in the poconos and allentown and reading and we'll see them pick up a bit over the next hour or so.

generally speaking we're looking at them ranging from 7 to 14 miles per hour. certainly enough to add a layer or hood if you're going for a walk. as we look at satellite we have cloud cover from philadelphia south, especially over philadelphia and south jersey and delaware. generally speaking we didn't think they would hang in there real well, there's another batch of clouds on the other side of pittsburgh marching into western pennsylvania. as we go into the afternoon maybe you'll see that coming in. generally speaking though, mostly sunny the rest of the way. allentown a high of 39 degrees, it will be cool for the rest of the afternoon in the lehigh valley. down in atlantic city, 45 degrees, chilly conditions there. in philadelphia, somewhere in between we'll go for a high of 42. mostly sunny brisk with that wind running 7 to 14 miles per hour. tonight the cold air is with us, everybody, 27 degrees is the overnight low partly cloudy and cold. the winds easing back a little bit 4 to # miles per hour. for the evening commute looks like one for sunglasses we'll
