4-year-old boy was seriously injured when the atv he was riding on crashed into a home. it happened in the 600 block of winding road in horsham before 1:30 this afternoon. police say the boy was on back of atv driven by 54-year-old man ever the adult lost control and tavrment v went creeping into the housech the boy was flown to the hospital with a head injury a and the man suffered less serious injuries. no word whether charges willing filed. >> residents of newark delaware neighborhood woke to find a rash of damaged vehicles. investigators say somebody slashed tires and broke windows on five vehicles here in the community of harmony woods. police say the suspect may be driving a black or dark purple dodge knee on. so far no suspects are in custody. >> and philadelphia police are investigating a brutal robbery in center city. yesterday afternoon a woman was walking to her car inside a parking garage when kidnapped beaten, robbed and dumped in a cemetery. is live or jewelers row. >> police say it was 4:00 yesterday afternoon when the employee of the company right there on the corner national watch and diamond exchange just left work. she came across the street to this parking garage you see here where she was allegedly kidnapped. >> the victim told police the three masked help jumped out of a burgandy cargo van inside the parking garage forced her into the van and put a hood over her head and asked her for the codes to the safe at the national watch diamond exchange where she worked. she said, she didn't have them. police say they then drove her around, beat her, choked her and shot her with a taser more than half a dozen times. and after zip tying her hands and feet they drobd of dropped her off at a darby cemetery but they came back and then forced her to give up her atm card and pin. which she provided. finally after putting her back in the van hitting several

injured overnight when he crashed at a police chase that started 12:30 a.m. when a straight trooper tried to pull a driver open on the roosevelt boulevard. he sped away on the blue route. that came to end when the motorcyclist lost control at chemical road. he was rushed to the hospital and now faces numerous charges. fire crews had their hands full this morning battling a trash fire in northeast philadelphia. the fire was reported around 10:00 open the 7300 block of millner street. multiple units were called out to fight the fire. they were able to place the blaze under dmrol about 45 minute. no injuries were reported. well there's a new effort to stop construction workers from adding to an ongoing problem in philadelphia illegal dumping of crash. this week city counsel ill president darrell clarke will introduce bills to hit companies and contractors with tough pepties for dumping debris where it doesn't long.
