will face consequences. >> nora thank you. meantime philadelphia police released new surveillance photos today of a van at the center of an abduction investigation, three masks men pulled a jewelry employee into a van into a parking lot over the weekend. she was tortured for a half hour while the suspects demanded keys for the store she worked in and codes to the safe and she was dropped off at a cemetery in darby, they are looking for a dark maroon econo line van. meantime a murder investigation is underway in montgomery county after a man who was shot drove himself to the gas station and then died at the hospital. it happened at a lukoil station at ridge pike at 9:00 last night. the actual shooting was on locust street in norristown a few miles away.

maya angelou was honored with her own stamp michelle obama and oprah winfrey and others were on hand for the big unveiling. the portrait of angelou and the stamp as a quote printed on it and now questions are swirling if the thought provoking quote belongs to angelou or another writer. she died last year at her home she was 86 years old. there is a new clue on the role of stress and obesity. ali gorman is at the "action news" big board to explain the connection. >> we know this affects many adults when they are under stress, it's easier to pack on the pounds but when we look at programs to help kids or teens that are overweight most focus on diet and exercise, but those

out on washington, d.c., dozens of government buildings including the white house and the state department lose power we'll tell you what caused it. plus, philadelphia investigators are looking for a thief that struck at a south street store and got away with thousands in merchandise and it's one of the loveliest reminders that string is here. we have a preview of the annual cherry blossom festival. widespread outages impacted the white house and museums and the metro system and many other places, some time of an explosion at a maryland power plant tipped it off but the cause is unknown. the power was only off at the white house for only a few seconds before it came back on. the capital and other areas were impacted for much longer the u.s. state department was in the middle of a briefing when the
