the seven-day forecast i'll have the timing for you with the seven day in ten minutes. eva? >> an update on a development broad street is closed in east oak lane following a two car crash involving a pedestrian. two cars collided on the 6500 block of broad street. one car hit a pedestrian that man and the driver were taken to the hospital. the pedestrian is in critical condition. broad street north is closed while police investigate. new this morning, an suv rolled over on the schuylkill expressway near city avenue. police say the driver was drunk. "action news" was there always pennsylvania state troopers recovered a flask of alcohol from the suv. the driver is okay, but he faces a dui charge. a long time employee of the delaware county da's office is facing a number of charges for allegedly stealing $100,000.

mary lynch turned herself into authorities yesterday. chad perdelli has the details. >> this is a case of betrayal. >> reporter: delaware county district attorney said long time financial administrator mary lynch stole $100,000 over two years. she used more than half the money to buy tickets to concerts and sporting events. these are photos from her facebook page that and i woulded in the investigation. the d.a. said lynch didn't go for the cheap seats. >> she sat in the front row of the flyers game. the flyers tickets were purchased on stub hub. the tickets each was approximately $600. >> reporter: lynch was a 29 year employee of the district attorney general's office. >> she has admitted stealing

we have patchy drizzle and fog settling in wednesday and thursday, now things are clearing out as the cold front has swept through and shifted the winds. that was key as we flip it over to the numbers here, the winds were coming in off the ocean. that's what locked the cloud cover in, unfortunately the pattern was stagnant and not moving. we saw cloudy skies tuesday through yesterday evening. now we're seeing clouds overhead. off to the west we're starting to pick up sunshine. that will be the trend this afternoon. milder temperatures in the 40s and 50s. later this afternoon we'll shoot into the 60s. the only downfall is this we'll have a breeze out of the northwest. even not high is expected to reach somewhere around 62 or 63. stack on top of that a 23-mile an hour wind out of the northwest it will feel like the mid 50s. a chilly breeze, but that will die down quickly the first thing tomorrow morning.

sunday looks beautiful. the weekend yourself looks nice. the severe weather with this system yesterday stayed to the south across the delmarva. they picked up thunderstorms down there south of ocean city maryland. you can see how things are clearing out now. the return of sunshine, milder temperatures, windy at times, we can handle that. 62 degrees that's the forecasted high. eva? >> thanks, chris. philadelphia police need your help tracking down the people involved in a brutal attack at a gas station. police have surveillance video that shows 7 people viciously attacking a homeless man. two women are in custody this morning. the search continues for the others involved. dann cuellar has the details. >> reporter: police say this began earlier when a 10-year-old boy went home and told his mom that a homeless man hit him over who was going to pump gas over spare change. the police say there was no evidence that the 51-year-old

ever hit the kid. the mother and a group of people went back to the station and pummeled the guy. a honda odyssey pulls up, seven people jump out of the van and brutally attack the man. the boy's mother repeatedly struck the man on the head with a rocking chair leg until it broke. others struck him with hammers and objects. before they left one of the women took the boy over to the victim to see what they did to him. >> we're not sure he'll make it or not. >> reporter: one of the assailants accidently maced one of her cohorts and decided to drive to einstein to have their eyes flushed. they were not banking on the police being there working on

trenton's greg grant park. one of the teenage victims had to get a dozen stitches. three people, two teenage girls and 12-year-old boy have been arrested an charged in the attack. officials have identified others in the video and expect to make more arrests. philadelphia police are investigating an incident involving one of their own a police cruiser hit a 4-year-old boy in the mayfair section. this happened at 8:00 p.m. last night on the 6300 block of leonard street. the boy is being treated at st. christopher's hospital for children. residents of fairdale, i illinois will return home after a tornado took everything they owned. the tornado was a half mile wide and stayed on the ground for 15 to 20 miles per hour. the survivors are telling their stories. >> our neighbor across the way from us, too his house was
