woman accused of abandoning her severely disable son in the wooded area in west philadelphia nearly a week ago. investigators tell "action news" that 41 year-old nia parlor faces assault and neglect charges, unlawful restraint, kidnapping and false imprisonment. the the 21 year-old victim was discovered wye a passerby in that wooded area near 59th and cobbs creek parkway last night. that good samaritan told police he was walking by when he saw the victim on the ground covered with a blanket. his wheelchair, and a bible were nearby. detectives say that the victim suffers from cerebral palsy and, is quadriplegic. the the victim hoist unable to speak, has been taken to children's hospital of philadelphia for treatment. investigators say they have determined that parlor allegedly dumped him there five days ago. >> this kiddies obviously a fighter. it is unbelievable how we found him. to see that kid laying there, it is heart break to go see another human especially your mother can treat someone like that. >> victim is suffering from a cut on his back, dehydration
