months from san diego all the way up to boston and one local recipient lives in newark, delaware rosalie corbett is feeling good and back to her daily exercise after three months of receiving a kidney the nation's largest kidney swap. >> corbett has a genetic kidney disease and many in her family did not survive past 50 at age 61 her kidneys deteriorated and she need aid transplant. her long time friend susan carlson wanted to donate but was not a match so she joined what is called a paired donor network she would donate a kidney she does match nationwide and the network would find corbett a don'ter, the chain grew and overall it led to 34 kidneys swapped between 26 hospitals nationwide.
