mifflin road in southeast philadelphia live on the scene is dann cuellar what have you found out about this? >> reporter: that this appears to be suspicious, it appears to be foul play and not an accident or anything like that. now, the scene is fort mifflin road a half mile from enterprise avenue, someone called the report of a fire with a body in it just after 3:30 this afternoon, authorities arrived to fine the black two door coupe engulfed in flames and they were able to quickly extinguish the flames. here is more from lieutenant, johnnie walker. >> they found what was believed to be a mail in the front driver's seat fully charged at this point. there is obviously no cameras out here and we have no witnesses at this point. a crime scene unit here now they are processing the scene

as a preschool teacher they were sharing hugs and tears and what happened is still unclear. the 14-year-old was last seen monday saying she may be with a man she met online. the mother told us she receive aid frantic phone call last night and then the daughter hung up and she received a report on the news saying she was endangered and missing. they are looking into the circumstances of her going missing, we don't know if she was in danger or with someone else. certainly at this point it appears to have a happy ending at this point as mother and daughter are reunited. chad pradelli channel 6 "action news." >> thank you chad. authorities today raid aid home on the 4400 block of aber dale street in philadelphia "action news" learned this is part of an

ongoing investigation by the pennsylvania attorney generals office and philadelphia police police sources tell us it's a sex assault investigation. lawmen took four people into custody and seized evidence from the home. a doctor is arrested for illegally prescribing dares for his wife and employees, the doctor and his wife rebecca are charged with theft and receiving stolen property and forgery, he is an oral surgeon and manager partner at absolute oral surgery in berwyn. the da hogan says that the doctor abused his license to supply his wife's drug addiction. police are waiting for the person of interest in a deadly hit and run to turn herself in. abdul wilson was killed in a hit and run in litchfield on monday.

the driver contacted authorities through an attorney and the investigators recovered the suv involved in the accident and it is a rental vehicle. >> meanwhile investigators are looking for this white infinity in connection with the second hit and run investigation, police believe the vehicle has damage to the front end near the right headlight and that incident happened monday night and 19-year-old josephine rivera and her 2-year-old son david were struck as they tried to cross masher street in west kensington the boy is still in critical condition and rivera was released from the hospital yesterday. thick black smoke with be seen in buckingham township, buck county this afternoon, firefighters were called to battle a tire fire in the area of forest grove and stockton road the blaze could be seen for miles "action news" viewer

the generateors arrived at the former revel casino but that does not mean things are easier for the new owner. the power is still off. >> reporter: the owner of the new building glen straub is being fined every day for no electricity, they eyed the new generators to remedy the outage

some high school students celebrated earth day early today by lending a hand to mother nature they helped to install floating wetlands on the delaware river next to the sea port museum. the floating plants helped fish

a spring beauty despite thin clouds the high made it to 70 degrees, only in the 30s to far this year, we reached 75 this past monday but we could be warmer than that on saturday. but with this dry weather we have red flag warnings in effect until 7:00, mainly i-95 and areas northwest where we didn't get much rain yesterday, the combination of low humidity, and dry weather creates the dryness. trenton 69 and millville 67 and wilmington 69 degrees, and a sea breeze really kicking up at the shore though and temperatures only in the mid-50s with the ocean temperature 46 degrees and tomorrow temperatures will be running about 10 degrees cooler at the shore than inland.

satellite 6 along with action radar showing a veil of clouds and high pressure up to the north is forcing the clouds higher in the atmosphere and that is why we have seen filtered sunshine and that is keeping the showers at bay and they are not able to work to the north, a dry night and partly cloudy skies and seasonably cool, and 37 in allentown and trenton 42 and cape may 45 degrees, tomorrow the high pressure is still in control and shifting to the southeast that brings us winds from the southeast and again we see a lot of high clouds and inland not quite as warm, 66 degrees but again at the shore closer to the ocean temperatures will only be in the mid-50s, friday i track a cold front that spreads clouds our way with occasional showers especially the first half of the day 67 is the high and the good news is by saturday high pressure builds in and that brings us plenty of sunshine and could be the
