april 16, david murphy is off let's go over to karen rogers and matt pellman with traffic. >> reporter: yesterday was a gorgeous day and look at satellite and radar. we have high, thin clouds over the region, but we see no rain through the area. looking at the current temperatures 44 degrees in allentown. 47 in reading. 53 in wilmington and dover, 52 in philadelphia. 50 in trenton. 46 degrees in millville, 49 in sea isle city. it's comfortable today. today will be a day we see sunshine mixing with clouds, we're dry during the daytime hours, 68 degrees for the high, overnight low 54 degrees, feeling okay in the afternoon hours. poll rn is an -- pollen is an issue, we're tracking that today through sunday, we're on the high alert. with a passing shower later on tonight. we'll have the details coming on that in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast in just a few minutes, matt.

>> welcome back to you karen. good morning everybody welcome back the construction crews overnight over the vine street expressway, you can see that they have cleared from the westbound side. westbound lanes 676 reopened between broad and the schuylkill expressway, same county be said of the eastbound side. the action cam was on the scene as they did the construction shut down both sides of the vine street expressway, 676. new construction pattern on the vine street expressway as you travel this morning. once they get the eastbound side reopen you'll be facing that, the westbound side has cleared. let's go out to the tacony-palmyra bridge we had work overnight swells -- as well as as a test opening a few moments ago.

several electrical wires. that driver was pronounced at the scene. the intersection remains closed so crews can clean up a large amount of debris on the roadway. it is unclear why the driver crashed. a child struck by a driver in the city's west kensington section earlier this week has died. eva pilgrim joins us live at police headquarters with the full story. >> reporter: matt a 2-year-old little boy died overnight the victim of a hit-and-run monday. police are asking for your help torched the driver. this is 2-year-old david alicia, "action news" confirmed he passed away this morning from the injuries suffered from the hit hit-and-run. police are looking for the driver of the white infinity scene near the scene. they think that car has damage to the front headlight.
