spill on i-95. a tractor-trailer ran into a car dragging it and it burst into flames. haz/mat arrived at the scene to deal with the leaking fuel. matt will keep you posted on when that area will be reopened. in south jersey, a driver smashed into utility pole knocking down wires on a road in vineland, cumberland county. the action cam was at east landis avenue and new panther road. the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. two hit hit-and-runs that took place earlier this week, the driver hit by a fleeing driver in west kensington has died. eva pilgrim has the sad update at police headquarters. >> reporter: the hit hit-and-run has turned deadly after a 2-year-old boy died. the police are asking for your

help torched the driver responsible. this is the 2-year-old who passed away at 1:30 from the injuries he suffered from the hit-and-run. police are looking for the driver of a white infinity seen in the surveillance video. they think the car had front end damage to the headlight. little david was hit as he and her mother was getting out of the car in front of their home in west kensington. witnesses say his mother tried to shield him from the on coming car. both were hit. his mother was treated and released from the hospital. that family is faced with having to bury a 2-year-old. >> it hurts and offend your sense of justice that it should not happen to two-years-old. it makes you feel unsafe. we're supposed to protect 2-years-old so see such a little
