we expect to see a fair amount of sunshine returning. notice how we did have a tornado watch box up for awhile last night but no tornadoes, only a couple of drops of hail from some of those storms, that's about all we saw. 59 degrees in philadelphia, 58 in wilmington, 58 in millville, 54 in allentown. and 60 degrees in sea isle city with winds coming in from the west fairly light right now but getting a bit breezier after the sun comes up later on. and as we catch that bus between six and 8 o'clock, 56 by 6:00, 60 by 8:00. there's a chance of rain early in that period. we see some improvement. by noon lots of sun returning into play, 63. 66 is going to be your high and we'll hit that right at 3 o'clock and then by 6 o'clock, 63 degrees, sun and maybe some clouds. we'll have the rest of the accuweather 7-day forecast and be on the lookout for another round of rain coming up, karen. that's just ahead. >> all right. something to look forward to. meanwhile as you're traveling early this morning we've got

all accounts are up to no good. "action news" reporter annie mccormick is live outside east detectives in the hunting park section. annie. >> reporter: good morning, matt. this all happened about two week ago but now east detectives say that they really need the public's help. they also have really good surveillance video to show people so they can get that help. this all happened in the 1200 block of east erie avenue at a grocery store in juniata park. police obtained this surveillance video captured wednesday april 8th around noon at this fresh market grocery store. watch closely as these two men enter, the first wearing a gray sweatshirt and sunglasses does not draw attention but the man entering after him does. look closely. that man appears to be wearing a ballistics vest with yellow writing the back, the type of vest many law enforcement officers wear on the job. this video shows the two men walking quickly through the store's aisles. they caught the attention of a security guard and according to east detectives the guard confronted them when they appeared agitated.
