township and burlington county and were turned away, township crews responded when torrential rain and shored off a storm pipe that was leaking into the ravine. this is the first time we see the pipe there and the water coming out like a fire hose. >> they say this may be contributing to the collapse but the county insurance carrier denied the claim and they are working with local officials to find a cause and remedy. >> we have no long that has been open or at what point that the drain they put in there failed. the township sealed off the pipe at the street and erected fencing around the home. >> you do not want to believe that this is actually happening.

is on the scene trying to find a cause and they will be out here all night trying to fix it. last night a manhole cover blew and went flying as a series of three explosions rocked restaurant row in downtown wayne. >> you felt it in the ground and heard it. it was extremely loud. it rocks everything. the patio outside of the great american pub was crowded with diners when this happened. cell phone video captured one of three explosions that rocked the area and sent this manhole flying, luckily it was deflected by this iron fence. my daughter and son were freaking out it was terrifying. >> carly and her family just left the table like this one when the explosion erupted. it was a close call that left them badly shake and. we all snuggled in bed and the what if's could drive you crazy

breaks. in 2010, 6200 gas leaks were reported 3,222 of them labeled hazardous and then they rose to 2600, with 4,000 considered hazardous and that brings us to today and the release of a report that gives suggestion to replace the crumbling pipelines, the primary motivation is to avert the explosions like the one that rocked the community around torresdale four years ago. pgw says the next problem is how this plan will affect customer's rates. >> while safety is paramount, we are not overburdening our customers by asking them to contribute to infrastructure. >> pgw was well into the process of replacing the pipes but at
