good afternoon in the news more protests over a man's mysterious death after he was arrested in baltimore. >> plus a man was arrested by strangers when his wheelchair falls on to train tracks and the death of a philadelphia authority parking authority worker, the 60-year-old man was pinned under a tow truck this morning. chad pradelli is live at the scene with more on perhaps. >> reporter: the fatal accident happened at 8:00 a.m., this is lot one of the philadelphia parking authority in south philadelphia. you can see philadelphia police remain on scene just moments ago, a minute or two they took away the tow truck according to the parking authority 60-year-old jeff bears was killed. he is from maple shade the tow truck operator backed up and didn't see his fellow employee and ran over him and pinned him.

harrisburg and gettysburg and that is moving east over the next couple of hours it will be in the northern and western suburbs, and then in the middle of philadelphia. we have not seen any severe storm warnings don't think they will reach technically severe categories but they will produce strong, gusty winds and any thunderstorm can give you the downpour and lightning, this is partly because ahead of this frontal boundary we have warm humid air coursing up from the south south. as we look at future tracker 6 between now and all the way up to 3:30, 4:00, we are looking for the thunderstorms forming in the west, probably into the western suburbs by 2:00, 3:00 and by 5:00, coming right into the region and this is future

next 12 years. a man was killed here on the 7700 block of roosevelt boulevard, the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control, he had to be extraicated from his car. the owner of this plumstead home was found dead inside of it after an intense fire, this is the 66 hundred block of point pleasant pike, the man is 66 years old and lived by himself. the house was packed with items that fueled the flames and was hard to fight. protests continue in baltimore baltimore, freddie gray suffered a spinal cord injury and the justice department is launching a civil rights investigation as his family demands answers,

karen travers reports now from washington. demonstrators took to the streets of baltimore demanding justice for freddie gray. >> until all of us are free! >> the 25-year-old mother collapsed in grief and his sister overcome with tears the justice department civil rights division opened an investigation into gray's death a week after he was arrested. the cause of death was a severe spinal injury but its unclear how or when that happened. officials say they are cooperating with the feds. >> we are handing over all of our documents we have for the review of this case. >> we see more of this case, from this auto panning police camera, gray and north man ran within they saw police in the neighborhood.

of the front with the winds coming in and the front is getting closer to us and winds in the 20s in spots and millville only at 9 miles per hour. so here comes the rain, future tracker 6 from now until 2:00, we'll be looking into the western suburbs perhaps the western edge of lehigh high county we could see the development of rain and showers and maybe some thunderstorms, it looks like this will bang through the region around 3:00 to 4:00, by then we'll be looking at the potential for gusty thunderstorms mixed in along this line, most of you are watching this go to the east and by 6:00 we are done, lightning strikes can travel ahead or behind of a storm pretty easily 10 or 15 miles even if you don't have a storm on top of you give it a bit before you go out as the storm passes.

tonight is dry with a few spotty showers, the storms coming the main risk is a gusty wind not reaching severe parameters but a 45 miles per hour gust every now and then and that is enough to put debris on roadways and knocks wires down here and there. where you get the strong demeanors and storms, you can have strong risk of damage. large hail probably not but small hail is not out of the question. up in allentown the day's high is 66 degrees and mild for now and then the shower or thunderstorm comes through and the temperature drops behind it. and the shore a similar number 66 for a high. in philadelphia 71 ahead of the storms and then the storms come through and behind it the temperatures drop into the 60s and then in the 60s, big change as head and then we stay in the 50s on thursday and friday
