marijuana is sprayed with chemicals. philadelphia police are investigating how heroin ended up in the hands of a first grader police say that the boy brought more than a dozen packets of heroin to william cramp elementary school on wednesday, after showing it around the lunch room, the boy then tossed the drugs into the trash and two older students alerted adults to the heroin, the children that handled the drugs were evaluated at the hospital and they are okay. no charges are filed but authorities are investigating. a philadelphia parking authority employee died in a tragic accident this morning at a ppa lot in south philadelphia authorities say that 60-year-old jeff bayers was one over by a tow truck in the 2500 block. and investigators say that the incident appears to be an accident and bayers was a 13

year employee of the philadelphia parking authority. now an update to a breaking news story we brought you last night on "action news" at 11:00. firefighters found a 59-year-old earl freedman dead inside of his bucks county home after an intense blaze the flames erupted after 10:30 last night at the 66 hundred block of point pleasant pike, and the buck county fire marshall says the fire started in the kitchen where the homeowner was found. there word on a cause but officials say the house was packed with material that fueled the fire. princeton has become the fifth town in new jersey to ban tobacco sales to anyone under 21 the town's board of health voted unanimously that raises the minimum wage from 18. it takes place in just three weeks. three two one! >> philadelphia mayor michael nutter and some young students
