recycling plant a live look from the ground and a number of detectives left the scene and officers remain here taking statements with employees here in camden, two tractor trailers are here dropping off recycling as we speak some work is back to normal here. here is a look from chopper 6 hd we are told that the discovery was made at 3:00 p.m. today by one of employees here but we are waiting to find out a number of details like where in the facility they made that discovery. we are told that the discoveries of a fetus and they are unable to determine how old it is but in a case like this they have to rely on the medical examiner and the autopsy that will be performed to find out the manner and cause of death was in this situation. now back out here live again like you said there are still

workers walking around here and we saw another police officer working inside of there. officials with the camden county prosecutors office are waiting to understand the details about exactly how that worker did make the discovery, we are told that a recycling plant like this, there say processing center and a conveyer belt when the recycling comes in it's sorted and it's not clear if that is within they made the discovery or the trash bins that are in there. like we said detectives just left the scene here, six or seven of them, they have a lot of work to do and relying on the medical examiners autopsy that is expected to be completed soon. >> thank you annie now to the arrest of a montgomery county man on counts of child sexual abuse, they learned of the alleged abuse after a hid and camera is discovered in the

man's home. this is kevin levity from limerick township. and there could be more victims. chad pradelli is live with more. >> reporter: rick, this began as an invasion of privacy case but quickly turned into a sexual abuse case according to authorities, this is the criminal complaint details dozens of counts many of which are too graphic for broadcasts kevin reby secretly installed a camera in a limerick home and recorded relatives and guests in various states of undress he uploaded the images to a computer and viewed them at north place. >> the idea it was placed inside of a bathroom where people expect they have a private moment there is particularly trouble some.

be rescued at a work site when he got trapped in a trench. it happened on somerdale avenue and the worker got stuck under dirt and they freed him and he was taken to the hospital with a broken leg. an off-duty police officer fired his gun at a man trying to rob him but the suspect got away, officials say it happened overnight just after the officer got home and was walking his dog, vernon odom is live anow where it happened. >> reporter: good evening the suspect that does erupted live remains at large at this hour. he is described as an african-american male in a dark hoody. this is the 1600 block ofmal vrn avenue last night moments after shots rang out after midnight. another resident home from work

was walking his dog when a man in a hoody announced a robbery and then the tables were turned and the dog walker was a police officer that just finished his shift. the officer was able to pull his handgun and able to discharge several rounds at the suspect. >> it was this area here and he was walking his dog and i heard the shot and i was not sure if he got hit but he fell to the ground and his dog got loose the officer hit several parked cars and fled on foot and vanished. >> hospitals are checked with negative results nobody showed up at our hospitals with any type of gunshot wounds. >> heard the gunshots ring out and i didn't want to go to the window six to eight shots. this is reminiscence of james --

here after a small blaze was reported in a two story dwelling and the fire was under control within minutes but a 69-year-old man was pulled from the apartment with no vitals now an investigation is underway as to what happened here and we'll bring you an update as soon as we get. story on "action news" tonight, a grim discovery at a camden recycling plant a worker found a fetus on the property. live on the 2200 block of mown ephraim, annie mccormick is live. what do you know there now. >> reporter: a disturbing discovery made by one of the employees here in camden the discovery of the dead fetus was made on a conveyer belt as the recycleables were being processed. you can see detectives out on the scene and an employee made the discovery at the end of the plant's first shift found the dead fetus on the conveyer belt when they were being processed. this goes to parts of camden county and parts of gloucester
