story on "action news" tonight, a grim discovery at a camden recycling plant a worker found a fetus on the property. live on the 2200 block of mown ephraim, annie mccormick is live. what do you know there now. >> reporter: a disturbing discovery made by one of the employees here in camden the discovery of the dead fetus was made on a conveyer belt as the recycleables were being processed. you can see detectives out on the scene and an employee made the discovery at the end of the plant's first shift found the dead fetus on the conveyer belt when they were being processed. this goes to parts of camden county and parts of gloucester

county, and clients from parts of pennsylvania prosecutors cannot determine how old this fetus is and are waiting to determine the cause of death and then detectives can proceed with the next steps in the investigation, back out here live, can you see there live the piles of recycleables and the amounts they do receive, we are told by 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. there were drop-offs made and we have a list complied and given to detectives at the camden county prosecutors office, they do not know where the dead fetus did come from but at 1:00, 2:00 the drop-off was made. annie mccormick channel 6

"action news." a man has been arrested on sex charges after a 15-year-old girl reported finding a camera in a bathroom. chad pradelli is live at the minneapolis county prosecutors office in norristown, chad what are the details here? >> jim the details are disturbing but this much i can say, montgomery county authorities say that kevin reby installed a camera to record underage relatives and she found it and it turned into a sexual abuse case. >> kevin reby admitted to planting a camera in the bathroom of a family home. he uploaded the pictures to a computer he viewed later. a juvenile found the camera and reported it. >> we learned that during the course of time this man had

access to the teenage girl and earlier than teenage years there was sexual contact between them. >> the victim says the abuse began when she was just 8 or 9 and he would leave love letters for her to find and they were sexual in nature. >> this young lady kept things secret until he was arrested and then found the ability to speak up about what happened to her. >> in all they found 41 videos and after the hidden video was found, reby tried to delete them. >> reporter: and rebbie remains behind bars on $500,000 cash bail. chad pradelli channel 6 "action news." >> thank you chad. nia parlor is back in

philadelphia to face murder charges prosecutors say she abandoned her disabled son in the cobb's creek woods to visit her boyfriend in virginia. he spent a week in the hospital for an undisclosed condition and is now in the custody of philadelphia police. residents of 50 houses are back in their homes tonight. a chemical smell forced the evacuation. they reported a strong chemical odor at 8:45 this morning, it was traced to a chlorine tank at mawa facility and four people were transported to the hospital for evaluation. police in radnor released video of a house burglar making his escape on the high speed

line. he broke into the house last friday and made off with a substantial hall. live at the scene is "action news" reporter sara bloomquist. >> reporter: jim this is the block where this bold break-in happened. the homeowner came upon the man inside of her house stealing her belonging and the suspect walked calmly down the block to the nearby septa station and once he board the train he was captured on surveillance cameras. this is him after coming face-to-face with the owner of the home he was burglarizing here on hawthorne lane in radnor township. neighbors saw the man prior to the break-in and thought he seemed suspicious. >> i got the feeling he didn't really belong here. the owner of the home a senior citizen came home and saw that one window pane was broken and opened the door and there was

and northern county and all areas north and west and these cold temperatures settle in farther to the south and east tomorrow, the freeze watch is posted for tomorrow night into southwest jersey and right now down to 47 in philadelphia and 45 in trenton and 52 in the boardwalk in atlantic city and saw in millville and 44 in reading and 43 in allentown and the poconos 36 degrees, satellite 6 along with action radar showing the reason why if you look to the north you see this swirling going on this is an upper level low and this is the vortex this is pulling down the winds from the northwest and that is a cold shot of air, that is why temperatures are really going to be falling fast tonight. brisk and cold and the record low for philadelphia 33 set back in 1930, will be 3 degrees, all of these temperatures 2 to 3 degrees, warmer than the record
