"action news" was on the scene of the accident on street road in bensalem. a pedestrian was struck near the on-ramp to the interstate i-95. the victim was rushed to the hospital in serious condition. the driver stopped after the crash and talking with police. police in delaware county are searching for the gunman in a double shooting. a k-9 unit searched for clues on west third street in chester at 10:30, the victims were rushed to crozer-chester medical center. no word on their conditions. philadelphia police are investigating after a man was shot in the neck. it happened at 10:30 in the city's frankford section. the man was rushed to temple university hospital. no word on his condition. so far police have no motive or arrest. a camden county family is

pleading for information on the killing of their star son. >> reporter: jameer bullard was wanting more for his family and he was doing it through football and academics. camden county police say a gunman opened fire on mechanic street around 12:30. jameer bullard was walking with this 16-year-old friend who we are not identifying for his protection. jameer bullard pushed him and said run and pushed him to safety. >> he saved my life. fit wasn't for him, i could have got shot too. >> reporter: one street over, his mother, father and family mourned the loss of woodrow wilson high football star. a linebacker and running back

295. you can see the emergency vehicles from here on scene. right behind the emergency vehicles is one of the disabled cars involved in the crash. new jersey state police telling us this all happened around 8:22 a.m. calling it a multi-vehicle accident on 295 in the southbound lanes near mile marker 17. we are being told two people dialed from the crash and several others injured. details coming that at least 6 vehicles were involved in the accident. that, of course, caused multiple lane closer at one point in both directions. the northbound traffic is rolling better at this hour, but in the southbound lane is what you're looking at now cars are being asked to use only the shoulder. of course, they are taking all precautions to clean up the debris and those affected by the accident.

54 degrees outside 10:20. we're at the "action news" big board with a look at the odd and unusual pictures of the week it's all animals. first up, is this kermit's real life brother. this species of frog was discovered in costa rica. it looks like the muppet. they are called glass frogs because you can see through their skin and see their organs. it's the 14th species of glass frog that was found in costa rica. the the last one discovered was in 1973. pretty cool there. next up, this little guy has an extra limb to hop on. he was born with a 5th leg and has become an internet sensation, he was born healthy a week and half ago. he is doing very well hopping around on the four legs.
