philadelphia international airport the scene of an emergency landing, just minutes ago, our camera showing you zoomed in as far as we can get on the jet, the plane experienced engine difficulty while in air and made an emergency landing at phl, not sure if phl was its final destination, that is not smoke but foam that is being sprayed by emergency crews there at the scene to prevent a fire from breaking out on board that flame, everybody is being evacuated as we speak, no reports of injuries no word on the cause of all of this, we know that it was experiencing engine difficulty but no word on the cause of the engine difficulty or the final destination of this plane we are learning details on this as we speak. we'll pass them on to you as soon as we get more information.

lets go live to matt pellman in the traffic center. we are not off to the most stellar start big accidents on the highways this afternoon and one is on 95 northbound side between the vine street expressway and girard avenue here comes the ladder truck pulling up to the accident scene and taking out the northbound lane and it looks like we have multiple lanes blocked once the fire truck pulls up and assumes its position. ladder trucks are going by pulling up ahead of the crash here the left side of 95 northbound is getting by in this normally busy spot, causing big delays to spill back into penn's landing, we'll have the two left lanes getting by. if you are trying to escape that and ducking off the vine street expressway, you are out of luck because of another ladder truck and another accident. everybody is funneling down to the left lane meaning jammed

international airport. we saw all the passengers being able to escape unscathed and they will return to the terminal via airport buses and determined if they will be placed on another flight this is the plane right now as it is being toes. and dramatic scenery at philadelphia international airport, they started spraying it down with foam perhaps the plane could break out into flames and the passengers were already off loaded and they were already boarded on to buses and a ground stop is in effect meaning no flights are taking off off landing until at least 5:00 tonight. we'll of course continue to monitor the developments there but it appears that no injuries
