pike. >> breaking this morning we're learning about the templey -- temple university student knock off her bike. police have the car not yet the driver. katherine scott is outside temple university hospital gathering details, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, tam that's right the victim remains in the hospital in critical condition. i did speak with her father this morning, he said that his daughter was set to graduate next week a goalie on the temple lacrosse team and criminal justice major with a dream to become a police officer. her father sailed she was riding her her bike on the way to study for finals when this happened. the search is on for the driver. this happened around 7:00 p.m. in north philadelphia. she was riding her mountain bike

tarmac near terminal b gate. airport operations were not interrupted. >> officials in baltimore say they will turnover the findings of a police investigation into freddie gray's death by tomorrow. extra security and second night of curfew kept baltimore peaceful. baltimore officials are worried that some people are expecting a verdict on the death tomorrow saying that's not going to happen. protests are spreading to other cities including philadelphia. organizers are planning a philly is baltimore protest. >> we'll be honest about what's going wrong in this country. >> i'm hoping anyone that comes out to express their constitutional right they have a right to do so, do it in a peaceful manner. >> philadelphia police say they are prepared for the protests. courts close early at 3:30.
