investigators have located the vehicle, but so far no one has been taken into custody. the victim is 22-year-old rachel hall who remains in critical condition. i spoke with her father this morning, he said his daughter was on her bike heading to study for finals when she was hit. rachel hall is on the lacrosse team and scheduled to graduate next week. police have located the car that instruct her as she was riding her mountain bike at park avenue and diamond. >> the vehicle initially stopped after striking the female an on the bike. it sped oaf west on diamond and north on broad street. the student suffered severe head trauma and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. witnesses told police that three young men were in the car.
