police custody death of freddie gray in baltimore and crying police brutality there and here. only near the end of protests did demonstrateers in philadelphia getting to a shoving match with police. there were three arrests. and this live picture from chopper 6 shows the remaining protesters outside the ninth police district in spring garden where those three arrested demonstrateers were taken by police. the protesters are demanding the release. thursday night the big story on "action news" tonight is a six-hour pro nest philadelphia. in fact, organizers called it philly is baltimore. and "action news" reporter dann cuellar is live at city hall tonight. and all in all dann protesters and police have to be satisfied with the way things went tonight. >> they are for the most part satisfied things did not turningly and people got seriously hurt. they had a few minor injuries.

marchers had been going sporadically through streets of center city going this way and that. startling motorists suddenly got caught in middle of things. it was when the demonstrateers marched detectively into the path of the philadelphia police patrol that the morses got spooked and things got ugly. >> at broad and vine things turned ugly after protesters spooked police horse when's they started marching through them. police held them back to prevent them getting hurt and things only got worse. protesters tangled with police refusing to be blocked from taking over the streets which they had vowed to takeover during the march a march that began over an hour and a half earlier at city hall. >> protesters began throwing bottles and object at police and some began lun running to get out of harm's way. >> during the melee police made a number of arrests. >> got dicey around broad and vine and there's people would wanted to get on to the highway.

and quite frankly that's not safe to them nor safe to the motors. >> they did not agree with that. after some time they dissipated the crowd and got them to move in. >> the protesters chanted they would fight all day and night for freddie gray and that black lives matter in the wake of the death in police custody. >> it's very critical we all focus and not get distracted between chas and status and race. because a lot of it is economic empowerment and job creation. >> and there were only three arrests and some officers did suffer minor injuries. but again nothing major for the most part things remained peaceful since that skirmish at broad and vine. >> live at city hall. i'm dann cuellar "channel 6 action news." >> thank you dann, meanwhile in baltimore police are enforcing the 10 p.m. curfew for the third straight night and just like last night in tuesday the streets are by in large empty

meanwhile reports say the medical examiner found freddie gray suffered injury that would kill him inside the police van after he was arrested. and he slammed into the back of the van breaks his neck and wound on his head matches a bolt in the back of the van. >> a delaware county volunteer firefighter has been accused of raping a child. police say mark didmondayic today which happens to be his 25 birthday. the sharon hill fire company removed him. he was arrested today. he was charged with numerous sexual assault counts. the alleged victim is between 8 and 11 years old. >> and the mariota mayhem ended early in the night for eagles tonight and 10:20 tonight the eagles selected wide receiver with their first pick. let's get to jamie apody at the novacare center and jamie tell us about nelson agholor.

200 people sending e-mails trying to report it. >> gonzalez says the campaign remains up and active and that's far from the only campaign accused of being bogus. anyone can start a fundraiser on go fund me for any purpose and there's zero verification what sglovr parents of little ana lee gies said someone used their daughter's picture for a campaign. and a family never gave permission or saw a dime. and this woman kelly johansson was charged for pretending to have breast cancer and starting a fraudulent go fund me page called callly's hope that raised 4400. >> what upsets me there's really not a lot of resource for people who have been defrauded. >> go fund me does verify whether users have a facebook page and that's it. >> they could put some sort of protections in place to make

their platform less susceptible to fraud. >> on the web site go fund me says unfortunately there's no way to 100% guarantee a user go fund me donation page contains accurate or truth full information and in bold, only doe night people you know and trust. when in doubt don't donate. >> unless things changed that is the best advice right now. critics say that kind of defeats the purpose of crowd funding. and meantime the company tells us fraud on go fund me is incredibly wear. go fund me investigates every single complaint and in rare event it finds fraudulent activity we have power to remove the account and refund donors and ban user from ever signing up again. the company's full statement is on 6abc.com. again we don't want to discourage people from donating that's a good thing. >> more good than bad. >> absolutely. >> nydia thank you. thick gray smoke shot outside of
