ridge avenue we've got vehicles on the road. seems like we have a tow truck as well. watch for this on the scene. not causing a big delay but a new accident we spotted in our cameras. in bucks county we have street road westbound at philmont avenue a missing manhole cover. a serious issue in atlantic county egg harbor township. the action cam was on the scene of the accident. it happened at 1:30, you see the police there ocean heights avenue between pine and alder even though it happened in the overnight. it was a serious accident one vehicle slammed into a tree and two people were injured. ocean heights avenue between pine and alder you want to avoid that area. stick to riga avenue or somers point mays landing road. >> baltimore's curfew has kept the streets calm and the order will remain in place through the

weekend. there's new information about the arresting officer in the freddie gray case. a lieutenant involved in the arrest has a past of mental health issues. he was hospitalized in 2012 and during that episode sheriff deputies confiscated his guns. the second prison in the vehicle dismissed the washington post article that he heard freddie gray hurting himself. a wounds on the head matches a bolt in the back of the van suggesting that's where he suffered the injury that would kill him one week later. >> let's turn to katherine scott live at dilworth park where protesters took a stands to support baltimore. >> reporter: go to work, tam the protest started yesterday afternoon ascertain lasted into

into -- and it lasted into the evening. there were a handsful of arrests and no serious injuries report. the protest started and hundreds took to the streets. many hoped all would remain peaceful in philadelphia. >> we want to show that we have comparison, we are -- compassion, we're the city of brotherly love. we want the violence to stop. >> reporter: police horses were spooked as protesters tried to march through them. officers tried to hold them back, soon protesters began throwing bottles and other objects at police. several arrests were made. >> it got dicey around broad and vine. there were people who wanted to get on the highway. it's not safe for them or the motorists. >> reporter: three people were arrested all of them were released overnight. we're live at city hall,

katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thanks, katherine. 6:35 happening today, new jersey governor chris christie acts like a presidential candidate even though he is not yet a presidential candidate. he'll attend funds raising and speaking enengagement in maryland and virginia. david wildstein is expected to plead guilty in federal court as early as today. a legislative report found wildstein and another aid acted with little regard for public safety when lane closures were ordered in 2013. a report found christy was not involved. the action cam was on the scene in kingsessing. philadelphia firefighters knocked down the flames at 2:30 on the 1200 block of south 50th street. the fire victim has non-life threatening injuries. this is video from a scene

escape at the oklahoma city zoo. a #-year-old female tiger lola chewed through the chain link fence. she attacked another large cat before we was tranquilized. lola will be okay. at that geologist uncovered a piece of history at the construction site. he pointed out the fossil finding in lansdale yesterday. he said the rock dates back to the try -- triasic period. he is a professor at kutztown. the latest installment of the avengers hits movies today. the action cam was at the pearl theater in north philadelphia overnight. many gave it rave reviews.

>> top stories at 6:55. hundreds of protesters took to the streets of center city to show solidarity with baltimore. prosecutors in baltimore are deciding if anyone should be charged in the death of freddie gray. the coroner was called to the scene of a single car crash in egg harbor township. two people were seriously injured when a car slammed into a tree.
