prison if convicted. gray died in custody. susan is live in baltimore. >> reporter: good afternoon officials have announced explosive new details including charges for all the officers involved. baltimore states attorney's office is investigating the death of freddie gray from the beginning and today they released their blockbuster findings his death is rule aid homicide. gray was arrested on april 12th after he made eye contact with police and ran. >> the arrest was deemed illegal. he was placed in the police van and his legs were shackled but not restrained. >> he received a neck injury as a result of being handcuffed and
