childrens hospital kenneth what is the latest on the girl's condition. >> it is serious jim because of the position of the bullet still in her head. her parents are by her bedside but they stepped away to plead for information in this apparent road rage shooting. she walked out of the hospital where her little girl has a bullet lodged in her head, the victim of a gunman that opened fire on her and her family in north philadelphia. >> everything is a blur to me i was in my car and someone just pulled up and shot into my car. she and her boyfriend double parked outside of their home on haverford avenue she and her three sisters 3 and 4 were in the back, it appears that the family was not moving fast new of the driver of a black sedan who was angry enough to fire one shot. >> she is 8 years old she

it's worth tens of thousands of dollars. if happened just outside of this rite-aid the delivery driver went to deliver the product and they made their move, they went to look at this none district van for the two bandits this afternoon. two bins similar to these were stolen and what was stolen is unclear heart medication or cholesterol medicine or what the thieves were looking to steal like pain killers. >> what will he say if the guy interrupts him we don't want to see the drivers getting hurt. scott is a compliance manager to aex group a pharmaceutical company and his driver was dropping off medication when the thieves pounced. >> basically they kickly pulled up next to him and punched the lock on the van and unload what they can and take off.

sister sally and rolanda both died along with sally's 37-year-old daughter and two men and two children got out safely. philadelphia police have charged two mothers after a toddler was discovered on the roof of a building in the frankford section yesterday police say that 22-year-old clara bell is the mother of the 2-year-old rescued from on top of the two story home on leaper street. rescuers were able to stop the other boy from going out the window, the mother of that child is not identified. police say the toddlers were left home alone both mothers are charged with endangering the welfare of a child. here are the pictures from inside of our debate studio across the hall here at channel 6 at 7:00 the six candidates for candidate of mayor will face off as we broadcast live.

he was born in west philadelphia a part of st. vincents home for unwed mothers, he posted on facebook what he if knows, maybe 45 or 46 and yes he was a big baby. >> approximately 12 pounds at birth, smith was adopted by a loving family but he became to think about his birth parents, he found his birth mother and this is a picture of his half sister and his birth father now deceased wanted nothing to do with him. >> it was a negative but i gained so many people in my family through him. it was a positive. >> it's possible his brother won't want to meet or even know he is adopted. he hopes that smith finds his brother. we would welcome him as part of our family as we did mark.

he is our family we got to meet mark and mark's kids. he has children of his own, including teenage twins, he asked him why finding his brother was so important. >> i said to them could you imagine if mommy and i put our first child up for adoption and you would be missing a part of you, missing a part of our family and i think for my own children it was an aha moment. ting. they're not getting information from these tests that are helpful for teaching. kids aren't benefiting because they don't even know what they got right or wrong. they just know that they feel really bad about it. parents aren't benefitting because i don't get any more information about my child. so the only people that could possibly be benefitting from this are corporations who are making the tests and selling the tests.
