problem on i-95, a serious accident fire crews police flashing lights, only the right lane gets by, i-95 southbound approaching girard you're already at this hour jammed from approaching allegheny to approaching girard with this accident blocking a good three lanes, some of the trucks are having a hard time creating a jamup on i-95 southbound. construction is clear on the vine, all lanes reopened, very light volume here. we have an accident from the overnight hours involving a police cruiser and police are on the scene investigating right now. you want to watch for that. the accident itself happened at 2:30 you may see crews at 58th and woodland in southwest philadelphia. it was affecting the route 11 trolley. it was shuttle busing, but

katherine scott is live near the scene in tacony section. >> reporter: matt it's a mess, the car flipped over, several parked cars were damaged. the police say the 22-year-old driver is in stable condition at the hospital. neighbors say there was a passenger in the car that collected something and took off. they know he was there because this was captured on is you surveillance foot annual. let's go to the surveillance footage. car comes speeding down the street. it hits the chevy and flips over hitting the white pick up truck the chevy was thrown forward hitting a trail blazer, the driver suffered head neck and back injuries and is in stable condition at the hospital. neighbors said they saw a passenger collect something an take off. they heard the boom and ran outside to see the damage, the driver didn't want to go to the hospital.

save the lives of several residents of a burning apartment complex. run ran into a pitch black-smoke filled apartment and help lead a mother and two young children outside. ment other officer rescued twins. you can see her in this photo running across the street with one of them in her arms. the officers were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. police in missouri say a man was charged with murdering a college student. taylor clark was trying to sell his 2007 nissan, his body was found the property of a truck driver training company. police say a 24-year-old employee of the company killed the college student and tried to hide the body and went back to work. the employee is charged with first degree murder. a state of emergency is no longer in effect in baltimore. the governor lifted the order

"action news" today starting at 4:00 p.m. >> a new study finds gay and bisexual children are more likely to be bullied as they grow up. it's the first large u.s. study to look at the problem. researchers asked public school students about bullying in the 5th, 7th and 10th grade. 4300 students said they were bullied, but 630 gay and bisexual children suffered a lot more. abuse included threats being hit and name calling and exclusion. a big part of organic food is going after the millennial market. >> reporter: topping america's money, a new discretion for whole foods they open a lower cost chain next year, they will be hip and tech oriented, more details are expected in september. >> staying on the tech front
