parked cars were damaged. let me give you a look at what's happening. they just towed the damaged car the impala, the honda is on its roof. you want to avoid this area until this mess is cleaned up here. let's go to the surveillance foot annual you can see the honda accord coming down the street. police believe the driver lost control and slammed into the impala and filmed over hitting the white pick up truck. the impact threw the impala forward into a parked trail blazer. the passenger collected something and take off the driver stayed on the scene. the driver was injuries to his neck, head and back and is 22 years old. two 689 cars hit belonged to the same family. they heard the crash and realized it was captured on the surveillance cameras. >> they were saved by the air bags he was complete -- he had to get stitches all over his eye.

out. tornado alley had the worst outbreak this year. no deaths reported, but 16 people were injured. a twister tore an oklahoma city fire department to shreds. the same system hit towns in nebraska and texas. hear from a man who was caught in the storm as it moved through oklahoma. >> you got to run for it. i got to back out of here, i got trees coming down on me. back it out mike, back it out. >> some areas saw record hail and rainfall. a flash flood emergency is in place in the oklahoma city area that's a first according to national weather service. more on the storms after "action news." a dog got caught in delaware county that is alive and well after a team of heros showed up to get the dog back on its paws. the humane officer rescued the dog who neighbors called frank. someone shot the dog five times last month. he is going to need a surgery. his vet bills total $20,000. no arrests have been made. >> the biggest fight yet in the philadelphia mayor's race involves the current mayor himself during our debate at 6abc anthony williams and milton street said they would fire commissioner ramsey. >> anyone who is not smart enough to ask him to stay, is not smart enough to run this city. >> williams said ramsey
