advisory in the shore counties of atlantic and cape may and southern two-thirds of delaware. visibility a quarter mile or below. slow it down. we have a code orange action day declared by the new jersey department. environment protection, this may spill into parts of pennsylvania and delaware, as well. in urban centers in particular, the ground level ozone could be unhealthy. sensitive groups should avoid doing any strenuous exercise outside this afternoon that's when the ground level ozone is at its worse. some cloud cover afternoon out to the west that might spill through. generally speaking we're looking at a mainly sunny day. 55 degrees everybody in time 50s at this early hour. winds are light. on the storm tracker 6 live app we'll move from 55 to 78 by noon, 84 by 3:00. the high is 85 this afternoon at about 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. karen the weekend is looking warm i'll have details on that

coming up. >> reporter: we've been scanning our cameras noticing the counties around i-95. i-95 at the blue route heading toward 420, if you're heading in that area you're dealing with reduced visibilities there. at cottman the fog is not a big deal but we have heavy volume always southbound traffic heads toward center city past academy to cottman and betsy ross bridge to girl. we have fog to the south and toward the north heavier volume. kelly drive is closed at fairmont park, between strawberry mansion drive and fountain green drive for the dad vail regatta. stick to mlk drive or the schuylkill expressway. we have a nasty accident involving a vehicle that struck a traffic signal philmont at street road. the road is open, but watch for restrictions as they deal with

the traffic signal. this one a vehicle hit a pole franklin avenue in delaware county. watch for that, matt an tam. >> we're following breaking news out of north philadelphia, where the smoke is in the air where the flames are no longer visible. two people were injured in a fast-moving house fire on dillman street. the fire swept through two row homes. it is under control. the red cross has been called out to help four people who have been displaced. >> breaking right now the all out manhunt for a murder suspect. police don't know where he is, but they think he is armed with a weapon. katherine scott is live in darby borough with the latest details. katherine. >> reporter: matt, early on in this investigation, police are trying to piece this together, they were here for hours overnight. you can see now though, main

street in darby borough has reopened to traffic after the investigation thornlg. this morning. this happened around 1:00 a.m. inside the apartment building on main street. police say the victim was shot in the hallway near the front door pronounced dead at the scene. police are working to contact family members. police don't have a detailed description of the suspect, but he might be carrying a long gun or rifle. the residents were out waiting on a septa trolley since then they have put them back inside. >> we got information that someone ran down the street. >> reporter: back here live, you can see the street has reopened. this is a busy street and police are looking for surveillance cameras to see if there's any footage that can help in the investigation. if you have any stipulates, -- tips, darby borough police want to hear from you. katherine scott channel 6

"action news." >> the search is on for two armed men who burst into a bucks county home in chalfonte four men were inside the home, the suspects got away with cash and cell phones and electronics. this is update on a developing story, a teen who escaped custody while wearing his handcuffs two days ago has himself in. the action cam was at southwest detectives as singletary surrendered with his lawyer. he was on the run since wednesday night. willie singletary work with the teen to turn himself in. he is heading to federal prison for a conviction in a corruption scandal. he thanked the police department and the lawyers to help arrange the surrender. >> we work together, we wanted to make sure we got here safe i'm happy not because of the situation, this didn't turn out right back like a baltimore

suspect in the -- kicking the suspect in the face, thomas webster was arrested on monday after a grand jury indicted him for the second degree assault saturday of a lawsuit by the aclu that declined to indict webster last year. faa shows a plane that filled with smoke a passenger snapped this shot from the delta flight yesterday. an engine problem created the smoke. the flight for fort lauderdale was heading to new york. it diverted to charleston, south carolina where firefighters were ready as a precaution, no injuries were reported. >> a brave 13-year-old girl fought off an attacker who police believe has an a history of attacking women. the predator followed the girl to the front stops and said he was lost. he darted indoors and forced his
