and we begin with breaking flus in bucks coins a man has died after he was hit by a dump truck in southern northampton yesterday. the man had his flashers on apparently and was examining his disabled vehicle and was struck by a passing dump truck the victim was pronounced dead at the scene the intersection will be closed here for hours as they continue to investigation. also breaking this hour a small plane crashed on to a busy highway in atlantic, all four people on board were killed and the aircraft took off from the peach tree airport and smashed on to i-205 and burst into flames it nearly struck a vehicle driven by a former firefighter, he said quote it was a miracle no cars were struck. officials begin their investigation into the crash here in atlanta, georgia.

the group returned to drexel middle school and coming back from a trip to washington, d.c. when they broke down in maryland and the kids were waiting for a replacement bus also delayed getting to the scenep they arrived with water for the stranded students. >> it was so tiring because we spent a whole day walking at washington, d.c. and then had to go on the bus and do nothing and it was really long. >> the bus was operated by warner coach and there was a mechanical issue with the original bus and why the replacement bus took some long to arrive. the police department is looking closely at body cameras dennis williams signed an order to study the implementation of cameras. the department does intend to use them. this comes after president obama and the justice department
