two teenagers 16 and 17 yorldz were shot in the -- years old they were shot in the legs. they have no leads. >> we don't believe this was a robbery preliminary information we're getting this could possibly be issues that resolve from another geographic in the city of philadelphia. >> about an hour and a half after the first shooting a 19-year-old man was shot in the leg two blocks away at 9th and bainbridge. police are not saying that shooting was connected to the first two. crime scene tape marked off a scene in port richmond after a man was shot in his car. police say a 30-year-old man was a passenger in a silver dodge avenger when he was shot. he was hushed to -- rushed to the hospital in critical condition. police recovered a handgun and drugs inside the car. smoke detecters played a

role in saves the lives of a bucks county family. the action cam was on the 3700 block of meridian drive in bensalem after a house fire broke out. smoke detecters alerted the fire department. two people and two pets escaped unharmed. investigators are working to figure out what caused the fire. "action news" have learned the identity of the woman who died after being struck by a duck boat in chinatown. biz -- elizabeth kranecci. the driver will not face any charges. the victim in a tragic hit-and-run in this directional hill was a 17-year-old boy -- drexel hill. it was a 17-year-old boy. he was struck by his own father. chopper 6 was over the scene in

upper darby. his father lost control of the car and crashed into the garage pinning his son. a neighbor jake kennedy said he heard screening and called 911 and ran to help. >> someone who was dressed in nurse scrubs i don't know if she was related to the family was trying to look like resuscitate the boy. the father seemed to be holding him in his arms he was laying in a big pool of blood. >> police have not said if any charges will be filed. has learned that a 1-year-old baby that was thrown into an allentown river has died. police say perry's 19-year-old mother dropped him off the bridge into the river she jumped into the water herself. rescuers recovered the baby 700 yards downstream. perry has been charged with attempted murder, the charges are expected to be upgraded now.

an 8-year-old girl shot in the head during an apparent case of road rage is home from the hospital. there is a ten thousand dollar reward leading to an arrest and eviction ania curry was shot while sitting inside her parents' car. she and her two sisters were in the back seat when someone open fired. the a bullet was shot in the back window and became lodged in her skull. the dad vail regatta is etched in the history book, 6abc was proud to bring you four hours of live coverage along the schuylkill. kenneth moten was there and two local schools are celebrating their wins. >> reporter: the grandstands were packed with fans, parents and athletes after 77 years the regatta has become a fixture in philadelphia. this year it did not disappoint. it's a premeer -- premier rowing

>> tropical storm ana made landfall along the carl line that -- carolinas, you can see the surf is churning up from the high winds. it's not to bad people are still taking walks along the beach. ana making landfall at 6:00 a.m. i talked to my family members in south carolina they didn't do anything with the storm windows they didn't care. >> reporter: it wasn't a big deal we've seen thunderstorms that were worse than that. the mainly tropical storm -- >> it's so early. >> reporter: june 1 is the start of the hurricane season and people are like oh, boy i hope this is not signs of things to come. we have patchy dense fog, just like yesterday although it's lifting sooner than yesterday believe it or not that's an

improvement, earlier on you couldn't see a thing. it looks a little bit better from the temple university cam. we go to the jersey shore atlantic city, socked in good, visibility down to less than a mile on the boards. things are expected to improve shortly. 70 degrees that's the popular number to the north. trenton and allentown reading 71 poconos 70. wilmington, 66. dover, coming in at 66 degrees. the big difference is this right here, these numbers were in the low 60s which would indicate a slight increase in the humidity now they are in the mid to upper 60s that's a noticeable change. you step outside you'll notice that the air becomes thicker can't quite cut it with a knife. may feel that way later on this evening. especially tomorrow as the humidity continues to increase over the next 24 to 48 hours in advance of a cold front that is sitting across the great lakes.

as that front pushes east, the winds ahead of it strengthens and taps into the humidity which ana is providing in the carolinas, there are indirect effects from an. we won't see the rain or gusty winds, but we'll see the fog through tuesday and we'll notice the change in the humidity. here's the latest on satellite and radar the center of circulation to the north of myrtle beach tropical storm warnings in effect for myrtle beach and cape hatteras, north carolina, we mentioned the rough seas waves 7 to 1 feet. winds 30 to 40 miles per hour that's not a big deal. we're seeing rainfall toddles in -- totals in the outer feared bands 3 to 4 inches and cloud to ground lightning strikes.
