were injured in a fast-moving apartment building fire in new jersey. the action cam is live on the unit block of devon shire drive in east windsor township. "action news" has confirmed that one person was injured after jumping out of the second to her window. another person was hurt, as well and a firefighter suffered appear injury to his ankle. we're working to confirm how badly the civilians were hurt. katherine scott is heading to the scene we'll bring you a live update throughout the morning. >> developing, powerful storms kicked dozens of twisters in the country's heartland two dozens people were hurt when severe weather reached texas. this twister in iowa blew a roof of a high school. >> more severe weather is moving across the mid section right now. abc susan solny has the latest.
