now "action news" has obtained exclusive video from the night of derailment, you can see the train go by and the huge flash of light on the right hand side of your screen we have team coverage and ali gorman has more on the wounded and the people treating them coming up. lets get started with john rawlins, you have the latest. >> reporter: it continues in a number of directions, the analysis of the recorders continue in washington d.c., the train cars are slowly moved to delaware for further analysis there and down at the crash site site investigators look at the track and the signals and getting the cars and locomotives ready to move. >> this morning the fire department got a call from the crash site to bring a cadaver dog to the crash site and the dog found an additional victim.

>> we were able to extricate that person that brought the death toll to eight. >> with today's discovery the city can account for all 243 people on board at the time of the crash. >> all the individuals we believe we were looking for or trying to identify have all now been accounted for. the crash investigation continues, it's being brought to bear delaware where it will be part of an accident reconstruction. we know now that the train was moving at 106 miles per hour. twice the speed allowed. but they don't know why. >> it is absolutely too early to draw conclusions but we are here collecting factual informational this point. we are expecting to hear more from the ntsb today there is a

5:00 briefing scheduled. live in port richmond channel 6 "action news," back to you all. >> we continue to learn more about the people injured in this crash as well as the people working tirelessly to treat them. >> ali gorman is live at temple university hospital today. ali that the hospital that still has the most victims right now. >> reporter: that is right 16 patients remain here at temple university hospital seven were released last night and one went to another hospital for lower level care and doctors say that the prognosis is good. more than a dozen passengers injured on derailed train 188 remain at temple university hospital all the patients are improving day by day. some suffers broken arms, legs and ribs.

some people in critical care may not remember the accident. >> people in critical care, wake up sometime later and not know what happened. >> you have septa buses coming in with patients. >> the doctor says they were triaging patients in the back parking lot tuesday night and received an alert shortly after the derail many and activated their emergency plan. six remain here today. >> injuries to the cervical spine, and internal bleeding as well as injuries to the lung and rib fractures as well. >> in addition to physical care patients need psychological counseling as well. >> what people have to do after any kind of stress is talk about it, the last thing you want to do is hold it inside and talk about the physical and emotional stress that just played out.

the white house went on lock down because a man launched a

there's over two hundred thousand students in philadelphia. jim kenney and tony williams are fighting over public schools versus charters. i think they're both wrong...it's making sure they all get a good education. teachers should have their contracts respected. they also should be held accountable. and it's wrong philadelphia gets less school funding than other parts of pennsylvania. i'll work with harrisburg to change that. but if they refuse i'll take them to federal court. as mayor i'll do what's right for them.

names how you can read more about who they are today. a young lehigh county couple is ordered to stand trial jaime sobbed as she entered today. prosecutors say that the pair conspired to have her mother killed bought she did not approve of their relationship. detectives say they found the couple in bed shortly after her body was found in a shallow grave. grief counselors were on hand in smyrna, delaware after a senior was shot and killed outside of a dover complex last night. gary adams was found behind the walker woods development just after 9:00 a.m., he was rushed to the hospital but could not be saved. police have no motives and no suspects. regulators in new jersey

mosquitos and tics spread diseases like west nile so now they are testing products without harsh chemicals. >> applying a repellant is important but most have harsh chemicals. so we went in search of safe alternatives. consumer reports testers reached into a cage full of 200 hungry mosquitos all the insects are certified disease free but they are ferocious others to tics. this area is treated and this isn't. a repellant fails if two tics

cross over into the area. some contain the active ingredient deet, it's an active repellant and comes with side effects like rashes and disorientation and even seizures you should avoid products with more than 30% deet. and they tested alternatives they contain citronela. one of best is rep elwith lemon eucalyptus and this fisherman's formula it contains a compound similar to one found in black pepper plants and it protects you from mosquitos and tics for at least seven hours.
