this is primary day in pennsylvania and in our area the big of the race is for the democratic nomination for mayor of philadelphia and with democrats holding a 7-1 registration registration advantage and the republicans with a lone candidate, this primary will likely decide the next mayor of philadelphia. vernon odom is live at a polling place in overbrook. how goes it there. >> reporter: according to election officials here at this polling place it's a fairly good turnout today you can see a line of voters forming and getting ready to vote, something that is not the case as we toured the city today but this is always a heavy turnout ward, an upper middle class ward where turnout is never below 50%, but this cannot be said across town. voter turnout is deem itted light and moderate in other
