arrives starting on tuesday. i'll have the details in the seven-day forecast when i see you in ten minutes. nydia? >> developing this morning, 8 people are in the hospital, two in critical condition after a carbon monoxide leak in montgomery county. fire crews were called out to the 100 block of west airy street in norristown around 11:00 p.m. they found elevated readings in five homes. officials say the source of the leak a generator running in the basement of the home. >> the power was shut off by nonpayment by the utility company on the 21st of this month. they purchased a new generator to power the home. >> the guy could barely walk they had to hold him up like this and put him in the ambulance. the lady we thought she was dead. >> 8 people were taken to the hospital, including a paramedic and crews had to rescue and give oxygen to two dogs.

the action cam in the 2900 block of north 25th street. the blaze started after 3:00 p.m. the crews put it out in a half-hour, nobody was hurt, three people have torched a temporary place -- to find a temporary place to stay. no word on what sparked the fire. protesters took to the streets after the acquittal of a police officer in a deadly shooting. the two people were killed in a gunfire after a high-speed chase. it turned out neither russell or williams was armed. family members were outraged as the verdict. >> they did not deserve to die for fleeing and alluding that's not a crime. >> last night's protest were

severe weather is wreaking havoc in oklahoma. take a look at this twister that forced the evacuation of a music festival. they were under to get into their cars or camping area to wait out the storm. highways were closed across the state because of historic flooding. officials have issued evacuation orders in elk city. texas is being hit hard by flooding. evacuation orders were issued in wichita falls. many people near dallas had to change their plans this weekend boat docks were closed because of heavy rainfall.

unresponsive driver failed to get out of the car he was unresponsive because of a health issue possibly a stroke. police officials i should a statement saying the use of force was not in compliance with the department policy or training. the man was treated at the scene and hospitalized. a pipeline that leaked thousands of gallons of oil over the california coast was not required to have a shutoff valve. they sued the county in the late 80s. the company argued it should be subject to federal oversite and federal regulators do not require automatic shut off valves. new jersey state police are investigating a fatal crash in camden county. the driver lost control and crashed into a wooded area in gloucester township. one person died at the scene.
